Newly refurbished apartment of 30 sq.m /323 sq. feet, in central/downtown Zagreb, in the high quality modernist 1930s building-built by an award winning architect- with new elevator, few steps from Westin Hotel and Croatian National Theatre, and a few minutes walk from the main city square/Trg B. Jelačića. It is very quiet, bright, located on the third floor, facing the inner courtyard full of vegetation. It is fully equipped with brand new furniture, and is is suitable for longer stays too.

The view down to Zagreb is stunning and you are just 1km away from hikes in the Sljeme NP forest. We are a well traveled family and look forward to welcoming guests to our beautiful home and city.

The apartement is located in Jarun, Franje Wolfla street, a few minutes away from the Jarun lake, a recreation and sport complex with lots of bars, good restorants and night clubs. Jarun is placed outside the center, so you can reach the center by car within 10min or by tram within 15-30 min depends on the traffic. The appartement is placed on the 1st floor and the parking lot is in front of the building of the apartment, it is a public parking lot and it is free.

Jarun Market (Tržnica Jarun) is 80 meters away. There you have bars, restaurants, groceries, flower market... It is a must-see place. Lake Jarun is some 15 minutes walk. Banks and ATM-s are right around the corner.
