Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Sammu

this was our second time staying here, and we had an amazing stay once again. the accommodation is super clean and looks just like the pictures. the area is peaceful, with plenty of places to eat at. it’s a short walk to the convenience stores and the train station as well, which has a nice grocery store located next to it. the host is very nice and responds quickly; he also gave us great recommendations. overall this is a great accommodation and we would definitely recommend this place to other people.

I had a lovely stay. The staff were so warm and personable and friendly. The area is nice and conveniently close to a number of metro stations to move around Tokyo. Also fairly close to cafes & shops in Ginza. The room was quite spacious for Japanese standards. Only issue was that the wi-fi was not strong enough during my stay. However this did not dampen the overall experience.

We have NEVER stayed in a more thoughtfully designed and perfectly executed Airbnb. The House Manual is exceptionally well done; everything is thoroughly explained and translated, including English instructions and labels on the washing machine. Steps away from groceries, two train lines, and Edoyu Bath House (a must-do experience). Cleanliness, comfort, amenities, hospitality: 6/5 stars. Flawless. Yoshi has solutions for almost any problem: toothbrushes, cotton swabs, shoe deodorant, laundry bags, etc. And proper mirror lighting for makeup application. He stored our luggage before and after check-in/check-out, allowing us to relax and truly enjoy our first and final day in Tokyo. Overall: 6/5 Yoshi’s Airbnb is the standard by which all Superhosts should be measured.

Gimmicky. I want to get that out of the way right now. This property is capitalizing off of having an onsen nearby with traditional looking Japanese bedding and decor. That's what got me, and it might be what's getting you...I would say that's probably not worth it. The place itself is fine. The bedding is fine, but in the end I chose this place over other cheaper options for the novelty, I feel I could have gotten a little bit better value elsewhere, but still overall happy with what I got and what I paid. I used the onsen once during my two week stay. I really like onsens, but this one is small, busy, and I just wasn't a fan. Service was awesome. He spoke great English, and helped me bring my heavy luggage up the stairs to my room. Overall, despite starting out critical here, this place is really nice and I like the quiet area next to nice walking paths. Lastly, I wish the place had a small dining table and chairs. You basically have to eat at a small low table on the floor.

Rua was very helpful and understanding when my check in was delayed due to airline delays. The place was easy to find and in a nice area

Flexible check in. We arrived after 10pm and was still able to easily check in. We had our bags delivered and they were already placed in our room. No need to pick it up from the front desk. Washer/dryer combo was used everyday with supplied detergent. We didn't use the kitchen but there is enough to make your own meals for longer stays. Multiple convenience stores nearby as well as restaurants. Our favorites were Boulangerie Noli et Nori for morning baked goods and Byron Bay Coffee Company for coffee. Ubers ranged from 1,600 to 3,000 yen

The place was amazing, it was a great place to focus for a few days and Tanaka was always responsive, plus went above and beyond to help me get something back which I had forgotten at the apartment. Definitely will be staying again

I can’t recommend this place enough. If it is available, look no further, book this spot. It was the best place we stayed our whole trip. Way bigger, way nicer than what you would get at a regular hotel. It is above a very nice bar which is a beautiful upscale wine/whiskey. The bar isn’t loud and you will not hear it from the room. Host is amazing, very friendly and easy to communicate with. I will be booking this spot again on future trips to Japan.

The air bath was excellent. There’s nothing quite like bathing and showering in nature warmly and sanitarily. The house is creatively designed, using every nook well. I enjoyed experiencing natural light from unexpected places. It’s quite the contrast to Shibuya, which we wanted so we could sleep well. Yet, it is still surrounded by cool cultural and spiritual things from shops to food to Shinto shrines and sanctuaries. I would definitely stay again!

初めて利用をさせていただきました。 お部屋はとても整理整頓されていて すごくキレイな空間でした。 キッチンなども広く楽しく お料理をする事ができたのと テラス？みたいな場所でBBQなども する事が出来てとても満足でした。 サウナも出入りが多いと温度は 下がりますがそれ以外は全く問題なく 整う事ができました。 景色も本当に良くて時間を忘れて 椅子に座り景色に見惚れていました。 泊まって良かったです。 機会があれば是非また利用させて いただきたいと思います。

Our stay in Tokyo was truly special thanks to this wonderful family. They were incredibly communicative, helpful, and thoughtful-when they heard we were celebrating a birthday, they went out of their way to celebrate with us. The house is in a peaceful, convenient neighborhood with plenty of amenities nearby. Honestly, I'd recommend staying here just for the hosts alone-the comfort of the home and the charm of the area are just added bonuses.

Yaya house is Grade A for an Airbnb experience… super clean super convenient awesome host and you get the experience of living amongst the locals… extremely happy… thank you Yaya house ☺️ The house has everything you will need red and the train station, parking and 7/11 are super close. 5 Star Airbnb.

Besso was a great place to stay at. It was conveniently located and close to a train station for day trips, and with a lot food places around. The team was extremely helpful and accommodating , helping us get our luggage delivered. If you are planning a trip to Tokyo, highly recommend staying here.

Really thoughtful owner with everything well prepared. Perfect location if you want to rest from the flight. Family and infant friendly, the place is quiet and beautiful.

Great location in quiet neighborhood that was walkable to many places. We enjoyed the spaciousness of the place. Our only minor complaint was the narrow stairway to the unit. Every else was great!

J’ai adoré cette maison qui est dans un quartier résidentiel très paisible et à distance de marche du train. Lit confortable, cuisine spatieuse, salle à manger à la japonaise, climatisation. Facile d’accès, près d’une épicerie. Je me suis sentie comme chez moi.

Wonderful place though very small even by Japan standards. Still highly recommended, just no real chill areas / couches, only beds. Bonus - very clean, professionally kept, & very good value. Host was amazing and responsive and the area is safe, very walkable and close to a very cute main strip with loads of shops and culture - but just outside the main busy Shinjuku central area - so it felt more local, vs touristy which was a nice experience. Walkable to central Shinjuku through fun side streets, and walkable to subway lines. Overall a wonderful place - first time in Japan with two kids and it was easy and enjoyable staying here!

Easy check in, Nice quiet place with large common area. They asked us to clean and put back all dishes along with taking our own garbage down to sorting room to dispose of it ourselves. This wasn't an issue but seemed unusual as it was the only airbnb out of the 7 we stayed with in Japan that had such rules and we were still paying a cleaning fee.

Perfect stay! Extremely close to Oedo line. Walkable distance to Shinjuku. Clean, spacious, safe. Jun was also very kind and responsive. Thank you for the wonderful stay.

Host was very responsive, and listing matched descriptions and pictures in the listing. The unit is 3 min walk from train station, which is really convenient. Host explained how to use all appliances. Quick response from host whenever we ask any questions. Would highly recommend this place!!

Great place and quiet neighbourhood Nearest station is like 5 minutes on foot and about 20-30 minutes for shinjuku so you don’t have to travel a lot to get to the center of Tokyo Kota is very responsive and helpful Definitely recommend

This is in a relatively quiet neighbourhood in the Okubo area of Shinjyku. JR station Okuno is just a couple of mins walk away and Shin Okubo is around 5 mins. This made it easily accessible during our stay. Shinjuku / Shibuya areas were around 10 mins away by train. The room itself was very clean and compact though the room sizes might be smaller compared to the ones found in the West/ India etc. I found this place value for my money. Finally Da was very responsive and helpful abd was very flexible to allow an early checkin for us. I would highly recommend this place to anyone who wishes to stay around the Shinjuku area

Stayed with four people, but felt the accommodation was spacious especially for Tokyo standards. The host was very responsive and very accommodating!
