Apartment holiday rentals in Samegrelo-Zemo Svaneti

I only got to spend a night at Shorena’s place (for my early flight), but I wish I had more time. The apartment is lovely, pristine clean and very well equipped. At first I struggled to find the building because taxi dropped me off a bit further, but Shorena was very fast to reply and helped me find the right house. If you’re not used to old buildings you might be surprised at first, but once you open the apartment door, you will have a comfortable stay.

Шикарная квартира. Очень новая, чистая, с отличным видом на город и горы. Есть гостиная, спальня, рабочий кабинет и очень просторная ванная. В квартире есть все: от перчаток до отвёртки и пылесоса. Нам прям очень понравилось! Хозяин также максимально отзывчивый и помог во всем. Спасибо, рекомендую!

Its an amazing place to stay & the home was so clean and hygiene ..we found lots of grocery stores nearby where we use to pickup lot of stuff when needed..Natia is an amazing lady, so humble and very helpful in all the aspects..i would recommend everyone to blindly select this place to enjoy your vacation at Kutaisi

The accommodation is spacious and has everything you need. The owner responds quickly, which is a big plus. Overall, I recommend considering these apartments. There’s also quite a beautiful view from the balcony, especially at night when everything is lit up.

Уютная квартира в новом доме, до центра можно дойти пешком, есть где оставить машину. Общение с хозяйкой было приятным и она быстро отвечала на сообщения. С удовольствием остановилась бы здесь снова.

A great place in the center of Kutaisi. Both Tamara and Megi were super friendly and helpful. Recommended.

We spent a few nights there with our 2 kids, and the apartment was great, just what we needed! we had enough space for us 4, big closets, a small yard... The only negative point is that it's not possible to cook properly anything with the cooking plate, even if there are 2, it does warm the food enough and fast enough, and the kitchen equipment is not enough... but we did not come here to cook and there are plenty of good restaurants, shops and markets around the apartment, as the localisation is really in the center! we will come back 😊

Wir haben uns in der Wohnung sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Ausstattung war wie beschrieben, auch einen Fön gab es. Die Umgebung war zwar etwas 'kruschelig', aber alles hat gut geklappt und wir haben auch jederzeit einen Parkplatz gefunden. Top war die Waschmaschine und Wäscheständer auf dem Balkon.

Отличная квартира рядом с верхней станцией канатной дороги. Пешком до центра 10-12 минут по пологой горке, район тихий и приятный, квартира идеальная

We had a lovely stay at Ani's place. Apartment was really clean and it had everything you need for your stay. Place had many little shops around and was 10min walk from the city centre. The host was really welcoming and gave us tips where to eat and what to see. I can definitely recommend Ani's place! :)

This apartment is very well located, being both quiet but very central for the town. It is very spacious, enhanced by the tall ceilings. Quality furnishings all round, comfortable and quiet. Only annoyance was a difficult front gate for car users, but overall an excellent stay.
