The guest house is super lovely. It has a large garden with plenty of opportunities to sit and relax. The rooms are tidy and clean. Nazzie was very warm and welcoming. I can totally recommend staying there.

I highly recommend the guesthouse – it has an excellent location for skiing, a warm and welcoming atmosphere, and serves delicious food.

Qeti responded very fast and was very helpful! The place is very nice: clean, freshly renovated cosy bedrooms with private bathrooms, pleasant interior, lovely art in the living room and great location. Kitchen is not quite as cosy (cold water only, stove takes a long time to warm up the food, no kettle), but usable and enough for moat needs while travelling. Great value for the price, we had a good stay, thank you Qeti!

We are a group of four people staying in the house. It’s a very lovely place located in the center of Mestia and we can directly see the snowy mountains in the balcony of the house. It’s well-equipped and easy to self-check in & out. There’s large space to park near the house. We enjoy the stay very much!

Actually I travel a lot. I use an Airbnb to get more authentic experience. Sometimes I am really lucky and discover amazing, unique places, accommodations , Manana Japaridze’s Guesthouse, hosted by Manana and her son Levan, was one of those special places. No matter how you get to Mestia, you have had a long day, to arrive such a perfect , cozy, peaceful and friendly guesthouse , be greeted like a family friend, is a great/amazing start of your trip. The guesthouse is located in the heart of Mestia, it has very central location, hats and ski resort, cafes, restaurants, markets, Svaneti Museum, stadium and lots of sightseeing are around, in the neighborhood. Also, Levan is a brilliant host and he was able to create a real impact on my stay in his guesthouse. Through his vast knowledge about Mestia, the history and surroundings, he could enrich my experience greatly. Through his dedication to being more than just a host, he helped me to plan activities, hikes and etc. 100% recommend!

a lovely large yard with a hammock, a large equipped kitchen, a convenient place to stay in terms of logistics (7-8 min drive to Mestia), good logins, the entire living space is located on the second floor with a beautiful view.

Amazing place with amazing hosts. We had an unforgettable time with family and friends in a truly authentic atmosphere. The hosts also make delicious wine — highly recommended!

Very nice stay ! the drive from Kutaisi is quite an adventure, as the road isn't that great all the time, but it's really worth coming here, beautiful surrounding. The accomodation is simple and it feels almost like being part of the family, with 3 generations living together. Thank you for hiking advices and arranging polyphonic singing :)

My wife and I enjoyed our stay at Roza’s Guesthouse immensely. Driving through the pass to Mestia delayed us (construction projects and various parts of the road which suffered from landslides) but Roza had waited for us until we did arrive. The Airbnb is actually a cute hotel but sits on one of the most scenic spots in all of Mestia (Mountains and their snow caps all over!) while overlooking the old towers that sit in valley. The Airbnb itself was lovely. If you let Roza know in advance, she is able to prepare breakfast and dinner for you at a reasonable charge. Our room was spot on which had its own balcony where we could see Mestia and the mountains surrounding it. Last but not least, Roza and her husband were super accommodating and very kind to us. We will definitely be back when visiting Mestia again. Thank you Roza.

Everything in the house is clean and tidy. The hosts had a very interesting tour, treated them with their own wine. There are only good impressions!!!

The owner's grandmother is so nice. Be sure to take care of breakfast or dinner, and they are kind. You can't speak English, but I didn't feel very uncomfortable because I used a translator. Thank you, Grandma! I had a nice break!!

It's good value for the money, and the view from the accommodation is nice.

Great place to stay for groups!

We enjoyed staying in the eco hut very much. We were very impressed by the talent of the host and his brother building the hut by their own. His brother welcomed us and was very nice. He even showed us the historic and ethnological Museum of Mestia. Thank you very much.

The house is new and very beautiful. Lots of dishes, microwave, air grill, beautiful appliances. On two floors in the bedroom, it can accommodate a whole group. If it is difficult for you to climb stairs or you plan to fall asleep in the mountains, remember, you will have a steep staircase. Great upstairs balcony and veranda with chic recliners downstairs. Don't dream in a dash, the tank water will run out soon:) The bed is comfortable, the linen is new, bathrobes and towels, everything is generally new. There is an apple orchard in front of the house, you can hardly see the mountains, but you will look at them, right? In the garden - excavations, the path to the house is not yet decorated. I think there will be a beautiful landscape in the near future, but for now. Zviadi brought us from the airport by car, thank you. In the opposite direction, we walked to the airport, this is a very picturesque way. Have you ever walked to the airport with great views? Don't miss it. The cost is somewhat shocking, but it's really a very nice house. I boldly put 10.
