Monthly Rentals in Sambu Island

Absolutely loved this place! It’s incredibly private and peaceful, yet conveniently located in Batam Center — just a short distance from the ferry terminal and shopping malls. The room was spotless and smelled great, making it feel super welcoming and comfortable. Khairina was also amazing — very responsive and friendly throughout the stay. Highly recommended, and I’d definitely come back!

It was amazing to stay at Fenny’s place! The unit offers a beautiful sea view and is located in a building with stunning architecture, especially with the lights at night. There are plenty of restaurants just downstairs, making everything super convenient. Special thanks to Ms. Nanda, who was incredibly helpful, easy to communicate with, and always made sure my stay was going well. She even recommended great places to visit. I truly had fun staying in this unit and would definitely recommend it!

Good place and host. But for a light sleeper, might be a tiny bit challenging to sleep, due to the room near the cafe downstairs. 🙏

Host is super responsive and accomodating, place was clean and comfortable. I requested late checkout and Ling was so kind and she was able to accomodate because she did not have any guests for the next day. One thing that was not communicated though is that you need to have your own netflix account to access netflix as the host does not provide. Great value for money.
