Diverse Sommer- und Winterwanderwege/Badeseen laden ein, die schöne Umgebung in vollen Zügen zu genießen. Auch 2026 erhalten meine Gäste die Tennengau Card und Mobilitäts Ticket per EMail.

Our house by the lake offers its own parking, air conditioning, terrace as well as private lake access with sandy beach and enough space for 4 people - private and in a top location for the Salzburg lake and mountain landscape as well as the festival city of Salzburg.

Quiet wooden villa with indoor pool

Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space. The heart of this old furnished building is probably the cozy living room with tiled stove and kitchen in winter, and plenty of wood is of course provided. From May to October, the heated indoor pool in the tropical conservatory is inspiring. The barely used side street also offers additional peace. In general, the location is perfect, whether in the city of Salzburg, for a ski tour in Gaißau or for swimming in Lake Fuschlsee.

We offer everything. The proximity to nature, to the mountains and lakes as well as the proximity to Salzburg's old town. The small stream that flows right in front of the bungalow as well as the private swimming pond in the garden make this accommodation unique. Relax Appartment on farmland

The accommodation is located on a quiet, secluded organic farm in the Salzburg region. It's ideal for rest and relaxation, but also for cycling or running in the heart of nature. Several beautiful, warm swimming lakes are located between 2 and 7 km away. The IBM Moor is approximately 5 km away. The loft has a bathroom, a kitchen with an induction hob, electric stove, and refrigerator. The sauna can be rented exclusively for a fee. We do not offer a transfer service.

Lush green meadows and flower balcony, a house with tradition. You can walk to the town centre in 15 minutes and often see a deer. It is a simple accommodation with charm and a mix of styles from 1920 to today. For people who love the simple, the place is suitable.

Idyllic tranquility in the mountains of Attersee

Our cozy apartment is located in our single-family home in the mountains. You look into the mountains and enjoy the idyllic tranquility. The apartment is intended to be more than a family apartment. The bathroom is accessed through the bedroom. Only 4.5 km from Lake Attersee, you can do numerous leisure activities. The nearest shopping is right in the adjacent village of Nussdorf 4.5 km. Our property is not accessible by public transportation.
