Arriving at Olival de São Filipe means first stopping to take in the view. The high location of the seven-hectare estate provides rich vistas. “Even more beautiful than in the pictures”, is a frequently heard response. You look out over the Atlantic Ocean, the Tróia peninsula - with a sandy beach as far as the eye can see - the Fort of São Filipe, the mouth of the Sado river and the city of Setúbal.

Mountain Chalet, crafted entirely from wood, presents a blend of mountain and seaside serenity with walking distance from the beach! Accessible by foot (181 steps) or via a vehicle operated by staff for check in and out, the house guarantees absolute privacy. Each bedroom offers panoramic ocean vistas, ensuring every awakening is as breathtaking as the view. It is a completely self contained, comfortable space with it's own entrance. Every window and both terraces have beautiful country views overlooking orchards and forest. It is quiet and serene and yet within walking distance to a lively cafe which serves excellent meals. It is 15 mins to the beach and 5 mins to the lovely town of Caldas da Rainha.

Quinta dos Pinheiros is located in Foros Salvaterra, 34 km from Vila Franca de Xira, 32 km from Santarém and 50 km from Lisbon. The Quinta was recently remodeled. Quinta dos Pinheiros is prepared to accommodate 8 people, has a covered area of 160 m2 and an uncovered area of 10,000 m2.
