As a first time Airbnb guest, I'm very satisfied with a week stay at the Nest! Luke's accessibility for requests were timely; needing an extra blanket and directions to nearest food market. Luke provided places of interest that made the most of beauty outdoors. The physical loft space is amenable, quiet, clean and cozy; the skylights a definitive plus for light even on rainy days. An added desk makes a terrific workspace near windows with a view of green and sky. The extensive back yard has lounge chairs with enough tree shade and open sky for gazing. Luke's extensive yard stone work is both whimsical and artistically wonderful. A terrific stay and I've already recommended to friends.

While the weather did not cooperate (it rained the entire time) the cottage and views made up for the weather. From the table to the couch the views are wonderful. The cottage is very well stocked from towels and blankets to the kitchen. We did not need anything that wasn't supplied. The bathroom is small but functional. The shower might not work well for a larger person. The neighborhood is quiet and feels very safe and peaceful. We enjoyed our long weekend and would book this cottage again.

We had a lovely stay here for a bachelorette weekend with a group of 10. The location was absolutely gorgeous, and the views from the deck were a dream—perfect for morning coffee or evening cocktails. The home was spotless, beautifully appointed, and thoughtfully decorated with coastal charm. The kitchen was a standout—spacious and well-stocked, ideal for cooking and gathering as a group. The bedrooms and beds were incredibly comfortable, and the gardens around the property were stunning and well-maintained. Would absolutely recommend this home for a special group getaway!

The place was incredible. It was beautifully kept and clean down to the sheets and towels. The view is unbelievable of the water right across the road. There is a beautiful park right next to the house if you have little ones that need to run. The kitchen was pristine, with wonderful appliances. The bedroom on the first floor was perfect for my mother-in-law, who can't walk up the steps. She had her own bathroom with a shower to herself. The rest of the bedrooms were upstairs. The beds were so comfortable, you didn't want to get up. She has provided so many extras, like shampoo, conditioner, soap, coffee and creamer. We honestly didn't have to go out to get any supplies. It was pouring when we arrived, and having the ability to open the garage and unload was extremely appreciated. I can't say anything bad about the place, I guarantee you will love it. The next time we are up that way, I will definitely stay again. Thanks so much for your hospitality!!!! Bonnie
