You have your own bathroom with its own entrance in the large house 25 meters from the lake cottage. Charcoal grill if you want to grill and glasses/plates and cutlery are available. A charming little house built in 1924, one of Kolvik's first. A peaceful place with forest plot, wildlife, sea glimpses from both windows and terrace. Swimming dock and small beach 300 meters from the house. Takes 10 minutes to walk to the bus that takes you to town in 30 minutes. There are also grocery stores and restaurants. Mölnvik shopping center is located 10 minutes away by car/bus. Bikes can be borrowed to pedal up to the store. You can also take the commuter boat to/from town from Ålstäket, 5 minutes away by car.

Relax with the whole family in this nice cottage in the middle of popular Saltarö with proximity to the sea and beach in the Stockholm Archipelago. On Saltarö there are within walking distance several nice beaches, cliff baths, kiosk, restaurant, padel court and tennis courts. At Barnbadet there is a possibility to rent a canoe and DRINK. Past Saltarö, Värmdöleden, a 25-kilometer hiking trail through beautiful nature. From central Stockholm it takes about 40 minutes by car and 50 minutes by bus from Slussen.

Norra Lagnö is only 20 minutes' drive from the lock and 5 minutes' drive from Gustavsberg where you will find a Coop, Systembolaget, etc. Please note that the bathroom and washing machine are 10 meters away in the basement of the main building (to which the tenant has sole access). SUP boards are included if you want to get out on the water, as well as the possibility to borrow bicycles. If you come by boat, there is a boat dock. Welcome!
