The house with all the amenities is located on a large and undisturbed horse farm with its own jetty, close to the bus to Stockholm. The house is suitable for four people. One person can then sleep on a comfortable sofa bed in the living room (door to close if there is one). The sleeping area is on the upper floor where a wall separates the double bed from a single bed, so it's like two bedrooms. The double bed can be separated into single beds. Freshly made beds and towels. Two toilets are available with shower, sauna and washing machine. TV room sofa and Apple TV.

Relax with the family in this peaceful space. Discover birds and squirrels. Enjoy meals outdoors if you like. There are plenty of seating areas. You can sit outside under cover if it rains. Plenty of blueberries on the property to pick. From the plot you can do hikes on the Värmdö trail and surrounded by lovely nature. Weather permitting, you can light a Viking fire outdoors, or why not treat yourself to a few sessions in a wood-fired sauna? On chilly evenings, you can light the cast-iron stove inside, where you can enjoy the fire.

My guest house consists of a bedroom and a wood-burning sauna. Lovely balcony and outdoor shower. In the 15 sqm cottage there is a toilet, sink, fridge, microwave, porcelain, coffee press and kettle for easier cooking. On the deck, there is a gas grill. Wonderful waterfront views. Sun all day and magical sunsets. Suitable for two people, and if you appreciate sauna and swimming, this will be perfect. Located on the island of Tranholmen, where you can go by ferry 80 from Ropsten, 1/11-15/4 via footbridge from Stocksund.
