In front of the property there is a bus stop to reach the city or the Piacenza valleys. The villa, with a separate entrance, is completely fenced in and has a terrace and balcony, a garden on three sides and a double garage that accommodates three cars. Ideal for long stays and/or large groups.

The house dates back to 1871 and is made of stone and has very thick internal walls that allow it to always stay cool throughout the summer. The kitchen opens directly onto the external courtyard, where we have a large table with a masonry barbecue nearby. The garden is located at the front of the house, and there is also a gazebo with sofas. The swimming pool is fenced and is for the exclusive use of guests of the house. The house is adjacent to a small yellow house that I own but do not live in.
