Located 2.5 km from the village of Grazzano Visconti, the residence is located in the central area of the village, within walking distance of the sports center equipped with a swimming pool, tennis courts and paddle courts. In front of the property there is a bus stop to reach the city or the Piacenza valleys. The villa, with a separate entrance, is completely fenced in and has a terrace and balcony, a garden on three sides and a double garage that accommodates three cars. Ideal for long stays and/or large groups.

Come to La Casa dei Sassi and be enchanted. Surrounded by orchards and vineyards, it will welcome you with a warm and familiar atmosphere. The spacious interior spaces, with attention to detail and complete with every comfort, will make you feel "at home away from home". In the large outdoor spaces, you can relax reading on the hammock, organise a BBQ or cool off in the beautiful swimming pool (open from 30/04 to 30/09). We are waiting for you for an experience of complete relaxation surrounded by nature.

The house dates back to 1871 and is made of stone and has very thick internal walls that allow it to always stay cool throughout the summer. The kitchen opens directly onto the external courtyard, where we have a large table with a masonry barbecue nearby. The garden is located at the front of the house, and there is also a gazebo with sofas. The swimming pool is fenced and is for the exclusive use of guests of the house. The house is adjacent to a small yellow house that I own but do not live in.

To get to the property you need to drive through about 600 meters dirt road (unpaved). For safety reasons, children less than 12 years old are not admitted.

This large and beautifully furnished stone house has been renovated with care and attention to tradition, offering an experience that incorporates all modern living comforts within a traditional setting.
