My house is located in a small village well served by A9 (exit 41), SNCF train station, Airport, sea, Perpignan about 10/15 minutes away Restored with respect for the old, noble materials, and modern comforts. Ground floor, entrance room, shower room and toilet. 1st floor living room (kitchen, dining room, living room) air-conditioned, spacious and bright. 2nd floor two air-conditioned bedrooms, closets, separate toilet, bathroom the house has no outside and no wifi.... it's vacation time!

T2 city center ground floor + garden. Easy parking.

Profitez du calme de notre charmant T2, entièrement rénové dans un petit ensemble de 2 appartements. Vous disposez en rez-de-chaussée d'un accès individuel ainsi que d'un jardin sans vis à vis exposé plein sud. Situé en face de la promenade piétonne du quartier Torcatis, plus besoin d'utiliser la voiture grâce à l'accès direct au centre ville via la passerelle piétonne. Les places autour du logement sont gratuites, sinon un petit parking à 2€ la journée se trouve juste devant l'appartement.

Kick back and relax in this calm, bright and stylish space. The open space catches the eye, but so do the decor and furniture, in a cozy atmosphere. I am a 5-minute walk from the train station and just minutes from the village shops: Spar, Carrefour City, bank, post office, tobacco, pharmacy, bakery. Close to my home are also the magnificent Salses Fortress built in the 15th century, and the Salses Leucate pond, a nice corner of nature to stroll around.
