Savoyard chalet surrounded by nature, at the foot of hiking trails, in a charming village. Splendid views on the surrounding mountains from the Chalet and the terrace. Lake Annecy is 8 minutes away by car (Menthon beach), the entrance to Annecy is 12 minutes away. The resorts of La Clusaz and Grand Bornand are about 20 minutes away by car. The Dents de Lanfon and their famous climbing routes are visible from the Chalet and accessible by hiking.

This cabin is located in the middle of fruit trees and a huge vegetable garden! Poultry are free around (goose, duck, chicken) 🐤 The river is 30 seconds away with splendid views of the mountains. You have the option to fully open the roof above the bed to admire the stars, even in winter because I have a warm duvet that keeps the heat from the stove 🔥 Shared showers and toilets, 30 seconds from the accommodation.

Mountain and hiking enthusiasts will be delighted! Whether it's from the accommodation or just a 20-minute drive away, Mont Salève offers great trails. Sur environ 50 m2 et 2 niveaux, la maison comprend : RDC : séjour/cuisine avec accès direct sur la terrasse, salle-de-douche et wc séparés. Étage : deux chambres (lits doubles en 140) et wc. Stations de ski à 50 mn maxi.
