The Passy lake is 10 minutes by bike, the first ski resort 20 minutes by car (Combloux), Chamonix 30 minutes. The studio has a small equipped but basic kitchenette, a separate entrance, a work desk and a bathroom, as well as a beautiful view of the Mont Blanc and the needle of Warens!
