Charming house on a vineyard estate

Our 3* gîte "A pas de Loup" was created in 2023 in a traditional Burgundy building (35m2). It has all the comforts for a family of 4 and comprises: *On the first floor: -A living room equipped with a kitchenette and all the necessary appliances refrigerator with freezer compartment, induction hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher...) -a shower room / WC with walk-in shower, washing machine and dryer. *Upstairs, a bedroom with a bed (160x200) and a sofa for 2 people (140x200). Each level is equipped with a TV. Free Wi-Fi is available. The gîte is located on a young, family-run wine estate created in 2012, Domaine des Loups, which has been producing family vines for several generations in the Morey-St-Denis appellation area. By appointment, you'll have the pleasure of tasting the estate's wines. (Tasting fee applies unless purchased.) During the harvest and vinification period, we are unable to offer tastings. On the estate, you'll find a relaxation area where you can enjoy your breakfast or meals. A playground is available on site for the enjoyment of younger guests. Pets are welcome in the accommodation, whatever their size or weight. The property is fully fenced. You can park your vehicle on our porch, and our gate will be locked. You'll be sure to keep an exceptional memory of this charming place. Our gite is not suitable for people with reduced mobility.

Check out this tastefully renovated old stable. Close to nature, in the countryside with all the comforts. 20 minutes north of Dijon, in the Ignon Valley, 10 minutes from Is-sur-Tille. The house has two bedrooms: Ground floor: living room, kitchen, toilet, laundry room. On the first floor: 1 king size bedding bedroom, bathroom, shower and sauna, toilet, dressing room. Beire-le-Châtel is a small peaceful village in the countryside by a river, located northeast of Dijon. It has a rich historical past as well as landscapes of plains and forests, suitable for walks. It is located 22 km from the center of Dijon, capital of the Dukes of Burgundy and city of art and history, but also from the Wine Route and the city of Beaune. Let's not forget Bèze, 5 minutes away, with its underground cave which is one of the most beautiful villages in France.

This former bakery and its vaulted cellar, which in its time served as a workshop for the craftsman, now welcomes you in a luxurious loft refurbished for a stay in the wine and gastronomic capital of Burgundy. Its central location in the city, close to restaurants, monuments and public transport is dedicated to rest and relaxation.

Enjoy one or more nights in a medieval Burgundian castle! This home is a two-bedroom suite, one of which is in a tower (no kitchen). They are tiled with terracotta and the French ceiling is made of oak. There is a bathroom equipped with a shower (Languedoc marble and Burgundy stone) and a toilet. Breakfast, served in a room of the castle, is included in the price shown. Accommodation for 4 people, or 5 with an extra bed.

The La Charme gîte is located in Sacquenay in the heart of the Bourgogne Franche Comté region. I wanted it to be warm and comfortable so that my guests could spend relaxing and rejuvenating moments there. To create a true wellness experience, a spa is available on the terrace as well as a home cinema in the living room. I also offer breakfast as well as appetizer boards and a selection of local drinks and wines.

You will be in communion with Nature in this Cabin on stilts, dining area and bathrooms open to the outside, in the heart of an enclosed Orchard. Guests are welcomed from 5 p.m., if this is not respected, a surcharge of 40 euros will be requested.
