Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Salisbury

My family stayed at Joy's house for 5 nights. Everything was perfect with our stay. Joy and Eric were great hosts and communicated well. Our stay even included some delicious homemade cookies. The house itself is lovely and very clean. The tiny home was also great. Would highly recommend.

Fantastic spot, fantastic host. Highly recommend if you want easy access to everything in Noda, as well as plaza midwood. Family and I are from Asheville and have a business in Noda. This was in an absurdly good location, neighborhood is welcoming, and everything you need is at an arms reach. Thanks Shirley for being an amazing hostess!

We had an amazing time! The house was absolutely gorgeous and if we had any questions the host were super responsive! The house made us feel at home and the host left treats that made the stay that much better! We’d definitely come and stay again when back in Greensboro!

I would say me and my family had a great time. We were only supposed to stay for 3 days but end up staying a whole week because we didn’t feel like leaving and how his place felt like home. I was very happy about my stay and I will do it here again.

We booked this house to have a home base while doing some furniture shopping in the area. The house is nicely updated and was very close to all of the main showrooms and restaurants. There is a lot of room in the house with a cute backyard and a deck and outdoor table. There are nice touches provided - coffee, shampoo/conditioners/body wash and there are lots of plates, glasses and pots/pans if you want to prepare meals. There is also a great little front porch - we didn't have enough time to enjoy it, but it seems like a lovely place to sit and relax. Michael was very responsive and easy to work with. We also booked a bit last minute due to some changes in plans and he was very flexible and easy to communicate with. Getting in and getting on wifi were super simple and we felt comfortable as soon as we arrived. Appreciate the host and would use this location again if we are in town.

Incredible location (especially if you’re attending anything at BOA, or sporting event in the area). Such a nice place, we spent 4 days here and highly recommend. Bed was so comfy, too! And the washer and dryer were a huge plus.

Another wonderful stay at Jim and Peggy Wynn's home away from home (our 3rd visit)! Their place is perfect for us and we love it here. Loch Norm Lair is beautiful and relaxing. Great neighborhood. Just the peaceful week we needed. Rick and Judy are extremely friendly. Rick loves to share his boat and will take you for a ride. We sat and talked with them on several occasions and shared a dinner at a restaurant. The place is well cared for and a great deal, very reasonable pricing. It was a shame the sailboat wasn't working, would have loved a ride. We are already talking about a return trip in warmer weather to fully enjoy the water. Thank you so much for the beautiful week. Great place to stay for my cat and I as we were driving down to Sc for our move! Super easy to find and loved being able to have off street parking! Totally worth it!

Micah’s place was just short of perfect. It felt very private even though there are two other apartments below. The inside of the apartment was absolutely spotless and it felt very comfy as well. It pretty much had everything you needed. I would definitely recommend it.

We were only there one night but it was just what we needed. Quiet and clean and very comfortable. Robbi was extremely nice and accommodating. She even had such nice touches for our dog from a bone to a bowls already set up with water. We will stay again when in town.

Great place for two. Very clean with a sizable bedroom. The host left snacks and there are two decent restaurants in walking distance. If I ever go back to Winston-Salem this will be the first option to check. Thanks for a great stay!

The apartment was as described. We needed somewhere we could stay and walk to a local music festival. This location was perfect for that. We parked when we got there and didn’t move the car until check out.

We chose this condo for a girls’ week (plus budget planning for 2025). We wanted a place we didn’t have to leave; somewhere where we could cozy up and enjoy the week - and we did just that! We didn’t leave the condo (except to walk my dog - it’s pet friendly!) all week until the night of the concert we were going to. It was very clean and the kitchen had everything you’d need. Katie was super helpful prior to the trip and during. Very responsive! The fireplace you see in the photos doesn’t work. It was pretty cold the week we were there and it snowed so it would have been nice to have been able to turn that on. Not a huge deal, but just an fyi. Again, Katie was fabulous and I would rent from her again!

We are regular visitors to Tree Top Loft and love it every time! Latest stay was for one month and it was wonderful. Kristin takes such care with the property: beautifully decorated, well stocked, so clean. And the unit is very quiet. Can’t wait for our next visit! Thank you Kristin!

Jeff's place was wonderful and looked just like the pictures! Jeff was super responsive and accommodating. The place was very walkable to great restaurants and bars. Loved the record collection

What a great trip. I was in town for a convention and decided not to stay at the hotel. The place was in an amazing location, I walked to the days meetings, got coffee in my way. Plenty of food options, really no need for a car at all, I took an Uber only once. The hosts made it super easy to check in and even allowed me to check in much earlier than I originally expected due to a flight change. Highly recommend this stay and the hosts. -M

Linda Beth was an excellent host! The place was well decorated, clean and close to restaurants and the lake. She was extremely friendly and was super responsive to all our needs. We would definitely stay here again!

We stayed here for my son’s graduation from Highpoint University. It was perfect. It is a historic location so many things are antiquated but in perfect working order. The beds and linens were super comfortable.
