Our stay in suite 9A was amazing! Its location was perfect for us. It was very clean and had everything we needed, including coffee and sweeteners. We will definitely stay here again. This is our second stay with Residences.

Carries place was not only beautiful with incredible sunset views over the water, but was very well thought out with everything we needed and more. Clean, beautiful, stocked, and comfortable. Would definitely come back. Thank you!

Perfect location for an easy walk to Bathhouse Row, shopping and restaurants. Plenty of street parking especially after the local hospital employees leave from their day shift. Listing was accurate. The building has been beautifully restored. The king sized bed in the Ella Fitzgerald room is very comfortable but elevated very high. I had to use the bench at the foot of the bed to climb in. We have been to Hot Springs at least a dozen times and this is the nicest place we’ve stayed. Highly recommend.

We had a great time and Evolve’s place. It was close to town with some cute shops and good restaurants. Like some of the other reviews posted though, the place is street side so it was very noisy and bright in the bedroom because of the street lights out front.

The place was clean, comfortable and as described. My family of four felt right at home. In fact, we’ve already reserved the place for next year’s trip to the horse races! Host was fantastic. Highly recommend.

My husband and I stayed here for a week to visit Hot Springs and we really loved it! We were able to park right underneath the deck at the back of the building which was very convenient (you'll need to be in a smaller vehicle). We liked that it was just a block away from the main strip, so it wasn't right in the middle of the busiest part of town. However, there are still several great restaurants and shops just a few steps away! The kitchen has just about anything you would need, including a coffee maker and coffee pods (it's actually both a pod and drip machine in case you want to bring your own). The bed was very comfortable and we appreciated that there was a fan in the closet! We also loved the rain shower head. The only thing that did not work well for us was the weak WiFi signal. It's usable, but you have to find JUST the right spot. It's noticeably stronger once you step out in the hall. But overall, this place is very comfortable, clean, and in a great location!

Great place when traveling to Hot Springs! Close to lots of shops, restaurants, and the bathhouses. There are restaurants and shops underneath the building, which was great. Best part of our stay was the pizza restaurant that gave for quick and easy drinks and food. Definitely would recommend this place!

Very clean place to stay a bit confusing when trying to find the correct door to enter but overall a great place to stay. I recommend it.

We found ourselves in a crunch when we needed a place to stay in between moving from North Carolina to Arizona and found the spot in Little Rock where I could work from home for a month with my small dog the pictures do not do it justice. It’s a much nicer place than the pictures would have you think it is. The area with centrally located there was all kinds of restaurants around and stores. I felt safe there. There were other Airbnb beers in the same building. I even had to cancel part of my reservation and leave early because I was able to get back on the road and Ruth worked with me to refund me some of that money which most host would not do it at all. Thank you Ruth. We appreciate you and we really enjoyed little rock. Thank you.

Absolutely perfect for what I planned. I will definitely be back to this location. Close to everything you need in hot springs. Very nice place with everything we needed. Except a cookie sheet!!

This is a nicely appointed condo right on Lake Hamilton. The furniture and bed were all very comfortable and we appreciated that the TVs, while present, weren't the central focus of the space. It's an easy drive to Hot Springs NP and Bathhouse row and we enjoyed being in such a peaceful spot when we wanted downtime. Tom & Jane were very communicative and responded quickly to our inquiries. We would happily stay again!

The condo was immaculate with modern furnishings. The location is close to Oaklawn and numerous restaurants. It had everything that we needed for our group of four and would stay here again.

Very relaxing location with a beautiful lake view! Perfect for two couples to have their own private spaces and also be comfortable hanging out together both indoor and outdoor the Airbnb. Highly recommend!

Everett was great to work with. Unit was very clean. Furniture was nice but not very cozy. For us it was fine because we were out & about more than staying in. Beds were very comfy. Towels & linens & blankets & bedspreads so soft and pretty! Tub was awesome. Showers were very very small. Views are gorgeous! Neighborhood very quiet & safe. Walls are thin--Can hear people in next unit... Fortunately our neighbors were only noisy when first arriving and otherwise kept quiet. Overall it was a very nice stay & we would come again in cooler weather to enjoy the fireplace & fire pit!

Enjoyed the stay in The Morgan’s place! Very clean and nice place to stay for a vacation on the lake. Would like the details about the boat launch and slip if the host does know about a boat being brought. It was all worked out though with a quick response and helpful neighbors around. Very peaceful place and love having a spot for trailers to park. Highly recommend for a vacation spot!

We had rented this place and it was one of the best location to spend a quality time with family. The view was amazing and most importantly Russ was very responsive when i had some questions. I have already recommended to some of my friends and would recommend for anyone. Might even plan to reserve again.

We were just steps from the lake. Philip reached out well in advance to make sure we had all the details we needed to check in. We wound up not using many of the amenities, but you could tell the place was made to accommodate guests. Each little detail showed that Philip really cared about making sure we had a great stay.

The views were amazing! Pictures just don’t do justice! It was very peaceful, even the people that were also staying around us were very friendly and always waved at us. The pool was so clean! The place was very clean and we were able to do some kayaking and fishing on the lake. Over all it was a great peaceful week. I will definitely try to stay at this location when we come back to Hot Springs!

Place was just what we needed for our impromptu family getaway!!!

Beautiful place. I wish she would have stated it was on the second floor and had a slight ramp to access the building. If you used a walker would be hard to access. I have hip problems and accessing was a slight challenge for me. Overall, was very pretty, serene and quiet

We loved our stay at Lisa’s. Everything was exactly as described and the home had everything you needed and more. The views from the balcony are what sold us on the place and they exceeded our expectations! The only consideration I would make is if you are looking for a place with maximum privacy between the two bedrooms, this place may not be the best fit. This is only because the doors (which are beautiful!) are slatted, and therefore don’t offer much sound protection. This is the same for the bathroom. It didn’t hinder our stay, but just calling out in case that is something very important to you. All in all, we would certainly stay there again and recommend to all!
