The pictures don’t do this place justice. It was absolutely stunning, and we couldn’t stop oohing and awwing as we explored after checking in. The location was perfect, the amenities were top-notch, the rooms were spacious and comfortable, and we had a fantastic time. We’d definitely stay there again

I fell absolutely in love with Ms. Pat’s Condo! Check in was easy and effortless. And to add the cherry and whipped cream on top I got the chance to meet our beautiful Hostess. She was so lovely and sweet! If I’m ever in town i will definitely be staying here! Thank you Ms. Pat!

We were so please with our stay at Sonya's place. It was exactly as described, unique and beautiful, and perfectly convenient to everything we wanted to do in Hot Springs. I highly recommend it!

Very clean unit. Great location and easy to follow instructions. Cute apartment. Everything was seamless. The entry door opened into the bedroom, which I didn't pick up on in the pictures. It was not a problem for us, and I still rate this place 5 stars, but I thought I would mention it. Thanks again for the nice stay!!

We had a great time and Evolve’s place. It was close to town with some cute shops and good restaurants. Like some of the other reviews posted though, the place is street side so it was very noisy and bright in the bedroom because of the street lights out front.

Beautiful condo, right opposite to the lake! Perfect place for a couple. A home outside the home! There is lot of care that have been taken in remodeling it, loved the decor. (The stairs to get to the apartment can be little tricky if you have any disabilities)

A little pricey but it was a fun weekend, it's private and secluded, wish we could have had one day that we didn't have to leave the property. Loved the decor and large windows. The three flights of stairs weren't an issue at all. Saturday, we woke up to beautiful sunshine and birds playing in the trees outside our bedroom window. Hope to be able to go back again!! This is a nicely appointed condo right on Lake Hamilton. The furniture and bed were all very comfortable and we appreciated that the TVs, while present, weren't the central focus of the space. It's an easy drive to Hot Springs NP and Bathhouse row and we enjoyed being in such a peaceful spot when we wanted downtime. Tom & Jane were very communicative and responded quickly to our inquiries. We would happily stay again!

The condo was immaculate with modern furnishings. The location is close to Oaklawn and numerous restaurants. It had everything that we needed for our group of four and would stay here again.

Very relaxing location with a beautiful lake view! Perfect for two couples to have their own private spaces and also be comfortable hanging out together both indoor and outdoor the Airbnb. Highly recommend!

Everett was great to work with. Unit was very clean. Furniture was nice but not very cozy. For us it was fine because we were out & about more than staying in. Beds were very comfy. Towels & linens & blankets & bedspreads so soft and pretty! Tub was awesome. Showers were very very small. Views are gorgeous! Neighborhood very quiet & safe. Walls are thin--Can hear people in next unit... Fortunately our neighbors were only noisy when first arriving and otherwise kept quiet. Overall it was a very nice stay & we would come again in cooler weather to enjoy the fireplace & fire pit!

Enjoyed the stay in The Morgan’s place! Very clean and nice place to stay for a vacation on the lake. Would like the details about the boat launch and slip if the host does know about a boat being brought. It was all worked out though with a quick response and helpful neighbors around. Very peaceful place and love having a spot for trailers to park. Highly recommend for a vacation spot!

We had rented this place and it was one of the best location to spend a quality time with family. The view was amazing and most importantly Russ was very responsive when i had some questions. I have already recommended to some of my friends and would recommend for anyone. Might even plan to reserve again.

This was a long weekend stay for us and the condo was the perfect fit. The interior has been remodeled and everything is new and very nice. The view of the lake is great. We enjoyed having coffee on the deck each day. The location is about 20 min from downtown, the track etc, which kept it peaceful and relaxing for us. Would stay here again.

The views were amazing! Pictures just don’t do justice! It was very peaceful, even the people that were also staying around us were very friendly and always waved at us. The pool was so clean! The place was very clean and we were able to do some kayaking and fishing on the lake. Over all it was a great peaceful week. I will definitely try to stay at this location when we come back to Hot Springs!
