From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by how beautiful, clean, and thoughtfully set up everything was. The photos honestly don’t do it justice, the space was even more charming and comfortable in person. Staying at this beachfront property was everything we needed and more. The moment we stepped onto the property, we felt an overwhelming sense of calm. There was a sense of peace here that’s hard to put into words. Whether we were lounging in a hammock, reading by the shore, or just listening to the ocean at night, every moment felt intentional and restorative. And the host? Absolutely wonderful. Kind, responsive, and genuinely thoughtful in making sure our stay was perfect.

I visited here by myself so this rating is especially for the ladies. This place is SUPER safe. I think I locked my doors maybe once the whole time. The unit is like 600sf and so clean, smells amazing and looks just like the pictures. The bed doesn’t look like much, but my ‘Princess and the Pea’ a** slept like a baby! It’s comfy and so is the couch. The water pressure is good, too. The view….pfff, the view is unbeatable! You’re literally right on the water. And if you surf, want to learn to surf, or want to watch surfers, why would you go anywhere else?! I didn’t have a car when I visited, but that wasn’t a problem. There is a small store right next door that has everything you’ll need. There are a few bars and restaurants within walking distance, and tuktuk’s and taxis can come scoop you anytime. As a host, Will is as hands off or helpful as you need him to be, and responds quickly. Overall, if you are coming to Miramar you seriously need to stay here. Period, the end. :)

The house is perfect to get away from the city and connect with nature and mainly with the peace that the sea transmits. A very private and at the same time safe residence. Our expectations were totally surpassed! The house is very complete and that makes it even easier to stay.

where do I start... we've been to 5 other properties during our Nicaraguan trip, but this one was the best. Beautifully decorated pool area. Clean house with AC. sheets and towels that smell nice! and they provide a Luxury toilet paper! 😄 like the one you have at home! mosquitoes are bad when the sun goes down, so if you're planning to cook in the evening, get ready! our spray didn't really work on these beasts. The owners provide a bottled water. if you're planning to cook, bring salt, oil, etc. now, the pool was a hit for kids and I won't lie for me too! it's very deep on one side, so you can actually jump into the water. we had sooo much fun! the beach is few steps away. the waves are pretty high. No other people seen around. They have chickens, dogs, cats and goats on the property. Kids were happy to see them! Overall, it was an amazing experience. We loved every minute of our stay and would love to return!
