It is designed to comfortably accommodate a group of 8 people. The house is located in a safe, quiet, clean, convenient and friendly neighborhood. Free parking. Minutes drive to shopping centers and a 24-hour supermarket. minutes away from 101, and 25 minutes drive to Monterey Peninsular. An ideal place to stop by between San Francisco and Los Angeles.

Please read the ENTIRE listing! Private space with 2 bedrooms, newly remodeled full bathroom, and a small kitchenette (NOT a kitchen). Sleeps 4 max. There is no living room or dinning room. Wi-Fi, 24" Smart tv, HD DVD player, and electric blankets. Lots of parking. The other side of the property is a business during the day. No smoking or vaping allowed. We do offer two free aquarium passes if interested. There is a 2 night minimum for using them and they are not valid on check in or out days.

Many wineries in the Santa Lucia Highlands and Carmel Valley apellations. 10 minutes to Mountain biking in Fort Ord National Monument, home of Laguna Seca Raceway and the Sea Otter Classic. 40 minute drive to Pinnacles National Monument. 10 minute walk to Steinbeck museum and oldtown Salinas.

Great S. Salinas neighborhood within walking distance to Old Town. In Old Town you will find great restaurants, places to get a drink, nightlife, and movie theater. Centrally located, 100 miles to San Francisco, 15 miles to Monterey Peninsula (Fisherman's Wharf, Aquarium, Pacific Grove, & Carmel). The unit is brand new. Cozy, sunny, and spacious, with lots of privacy. There is a Microwave, Keurig, and mini-fridge (no freezer) available for use. There is NO stove, oven, or air-conditioning.

This house is located in a nice and quiet neighborhood, kids and families friendly, nearby parks, playgrounds, markets. It's a residential house, so any event or party is forbidden. The house has security camera outside driving way and front door. If you are planning to host an event or party, this is not a suitable place. The house has central heating, doesn't have A/C for cooling. The house has cooking utensils. We also have Netflix pre-set up on the TV.

Located in a historical neighborhood dating to the early 1930's. The cabana has lots of natural light. Privacy walls. A private patio and entrance. The spacious cabana features a stone fireplace, a grand queen bed, large bathroom with a shower for 2. The vibe is of peace and serenity. The colors are muted and sparsely decorated. The bed sheets, pillow and mattress protectors and blanket are changed after each stay. The bath towels are warm. ZEN!

This place is close to the shopping centers located in North Salinas. We are very close to fast food restaurants on N. Main St. and we are 3 minutes away from the Salinas Sports Complex about 0.5 miles to be exact. We are close to Monterey, where many people choose to visit while traveling to this city.

I had a great stay in Salinas! The room was very comfortable, clean, and had everything I needed. The bed was super comfy, which made all the difference after long days of travel. The host was responsive and helpful, and his mom, Espi, was absolutely lovely and made me feel very welcome. I really enjoyed my time there and would definitely recommend this place to others. Loved playing with the corgis. Aubree helped make us feel at home, even showed us some tricks with the corgis. Gave some nice breakfast place recommendations. The rooms and the bathroom were very clean. Would stay here again

Beautiful space and not a far drive to the beaches, either Santa Cruz or Monterey. Loved coffee in the morning on the patio. The room and sheets are allergy free, so I didn't cry and sneeze while there! Bathroom is larger than it looks. The bed was very large & comfortable! It's a beautiful room. The host is lovely to work with and accommodating. Warm and cozy. Just love the quaint country feel. It's nestled in the rolling hills. Very beautiful. Perfect for my stay!
