We had an excellent stay at Scott’s place. The house had all amenities required and more! Therefore, we didn’t need to contact Scott, however he did check in with us to see if all was well. Would definitely stay here again

The best place we've ever stayed, beautiful cottage and immaculate.the host was lovely and helpful as we are not from around there. Beautiful countryside view with an amazing hot tub to view it from. I would 100% recommend staying in this beautiful air b&b as you won't get better.

Had a lovely stay at Gadley Cottage!! Hosts were so helpful prior to and during our stay, informing us on where the turning to get into the cottage is, making arriving so much easier! An easy check-in allowed us to quickly drop our bags and enjoy our stay😊being so close to town was such a bonus, so close to everything we needed and so many lovely walks and things to do nearby as well!! We loved our stay at Gadley Cottage, will definitely be visiting again soon☺️

Arrival was super easy with excellent instructions on how to set up and feel comfortable immediately. The location is well placed for many locations around and they’ve even given excellent recommendations in the surrounding area. Overall a lovely short break.

The Old Barn is spacious and comfortable - just watch for some low hanging lights if you are tall! The kitchen is very well equipped for cooking. The hot tub is great and the whole place is private. There is a narrow, steep track to get down to the lodges, but the roads and parking on the site itself are good.

Great stay and Brian is lovely! Clear instructions and a stones throw from Buxton centre, the Monsal trail etc! Really enjoyed our stay here!

We had a great time as a family of four. The hot tub was amazing with incredible views. Communication was great and the host replied promptly. Would stay again!

A very comfortable house — clean and spacious. The kitchen was fully equipped, and we were pleasantly surprised to find eggs, butter, milk, white wine, and juice already prepared for us. It was such a thoughtful and considerate touch. The surrounding scenery is beautiful and truly relaxing — you’ll definitely enjoy your stay and won’t be disappointed. If we visit Peak District again, we’d absolutely love to return to this house.

Archway cottage was a perfect place for us to spend time with family living locally and also access all that Manchester & it’s surrounds have to offer. The welcome pack and guest information was a very helpful for a young family of 4 settling in. We would love to re book and revisit as it had everything we needed whilst also being super comfortable for adults & children alike. As a last note: don’t miss a chance to try the wood fired pizzas from the pub next door - unreal!

We had a fabulous 3 nights at Amanda and Steve’s lovely home. As soon as we booked we received a really informative message outlining entry arrangements, WiFi, local attractions etc which was great. The house is really lovely and spacious, a real home from home with added extra such as the generous welcome pack and logs, kindling and firefighters for the log burner. The towels and bedding were all really good hotel quality and the beds really comfy. We walked around the reservoir and kinder scout whilst we were there and the house is really well placed for this, in fact we never used our car until we went home which was great! We ate in the Packjorse twice and the lovely Italian which was a bonus. We want to thank Amanda and Steve for letting us stay and would love to come back in the future, if possible.

Great location for easy travel to lots of nearby places and the house itself is very close to some lovely walks. It's especially nice having the stream directly outside the window! The space was just right for our group and even with a small kitchen we managed well. Oliver was kind enough to leave some milk, fresh eggs and bread for us. It's still a bit of a creaky bed but nonetheless reasonably comfy and it's great to have some proper clothes storage in each of the rooms. We brought some of the lamps down from the bedrooms for good lighting in the lounge and had a lovely few evenings in playing games and chatting. It has been a very relaxing weekend for us and I am very grateful for that!

If you’re looking for a spacious place with charm and character in abundance, this is the place. Lovely house, beautiful quiet rural location. Perfect for our weekend family get together, plus Jill was helpful in ensuring we had all we need for our pets and children too.

Hosts were very kind and caring. Wonderful place to stay and was very open and spacious for us. Clean and tidy. Kitchen stocked. Very nice to be able to use a washer and dryer. Will return one day when Happy Valley season 4 has been released. Picturesque views and close to Halifax, Hebden Bridge and Sowerby Bridge. Great walks nearby.

Glorious setting, many walks right from the doorstep. The host, James, was very accommodating and it was a well appointed property. Loved the fresh honey and eggs that could be purchased Very good food at the local pub, Would highly recommend a stay here. I did not want to leave!

Just returned from a 2 night stay at the beautiful robin cottage. Everything was above any expectations that I had. The pictures are as good as the real thing. Jenny and Caesar have thought of everything. Very welcoming and beautiful surroundings. Bed so comfortable. I didn’t want to leave.. thank you for your hospitality ☺️

Mimi was a great host. Responded promptly to enquiries and also provided a high chair for our 7 month old baby without us asking. We found this to be an extremely thoughtful gesture. We already knew the local area as we were there to visit family so we didn’t need to ask Mimi for anything. The property itself is in beautiful and quiet surroundings and I would consider booking again in the future. It was the perfect size for us and had a washing machine and a dishwasher despite being a cosy cottage. Thank you for having us Mimi.!!

We absolutely loved our stay at this wonderful cottage! A very last minute booking which was absolutely no problem for the hosts! Karen & John were both very easy to contact and gave us all the info we needed! The cottage is just like the pictures and we felt so cosy and relaxed all weekend! Perfect air bnb for a small family! Our little girl loved exploring the beautiful flowers in the garden and spying on next doors chickens! The kitchen had everything and more and even wine recommendations in one of the cook books!! It was just an all around great property! We will definitely be returning!

wow! What a beautiful cottage Kate & Adrian have. From the moment we turned up, we felt as though we were visiting friends! One of the nicest hosts we have ever met. The cottage itself is stunning, attention to detail wasnt missed at all. Even down to how gorgeous it smelt too. An abundance of treats, breads, pastries, cereals, cookies, juice , teas, coffees, hot chocolate, snacks, fruit...and chocolates on the bed too. Even wine and beer in the mini fridge. You couldn't ask for anymore. And after a day out , we came back to clean mugs and plates, and more cookies. Kate is like a magic fairy. Really went out of her way as a host. We slept so well. Parking was never a problem too, right outside the cottage. Lots of restaurants and pubs to choose from close by, and amazing walks on the doorstep Honestly, we would have happily stayed longer. See you again, thank you .

We had a such an amazing stay at this cottage in Ramsbottom. The property felt brand new which was an added bonus and was super spacious for our group of 4. Everybody had their own bed and had such a great sleep! The location was perfect, a short 5 minute walk to the town centre and loads of nearby walking routes for us. We will definitely be returning in the summer. 5 stars Thanks for hosting us Konran

Brilliant stay! Was spotless and very modern with great links to the train station and a 10 minute walk to the main shops! Had everything we need and will be back again!
