Holiday rentals with a patio in Salem County

So glad to have found this place for our visit to the area, and Janniece and Herb were incredibly helpful, kind, and responsive! Close to the things we needed, comfortable, and the pool table provided hours of entertainment when we needed it!

This home was exactly what my heart needed, a beautiful place to relax and unwind. I loved everything about this home. The level of attention to detail and the quality of everything far surpassed my expectations. The views from every room in the house are just breathtaking. I feel extremely fortunate to have found this hidden gem. It is truly heavenly! The pictures are beautiful, but they do not do it justice! I cannot wait to come back!

Wonderful place to stay in Wilmington. Close to some cute shops and cafes/restaurants. Easy drive up to Philly and close to train station should you decide on mass transit. Highly recommend.

I couldn't have asked for more during my month long stay at Stacey's flower suite. The place was comfortable, clean, peaceful with beautiful floral surroundings. Stacey was an ideal host in every way and was friendly and responsive throughout my stay. Any future trips I make from Australia will be with Stacey and her beautiful Flower farm!

The house was just lovely and comfortable. We were able to spread out to sleep, then gather in the living room and dining room to catch up and plan. We were in town for a family event so didn't get a chance to explore but the area seemed very nice and the locals were impressed with the location. Common areas were on the ground floor, three bedrooms on second (we had problems regulating the temp at night there) and then a single/twin bed on the top floor. It is an old house but clearly lovingly renovated so that it didn't feel old and creaky, except for the front doorknob coming off. I would stay there again and have recommended it to the Wilmington locals for their guests. All of the hosts were friendly, quick to answer questions, and work with our schedules. Thanks to you all!

Rooms were a good size for 5 or more guests. bathrooms updated and nice space. Kitchen could use a newer sink (Stainless steel would be better so you don't scratch surface when cleaning pots and pans in it. Shade in upstairs bathroom missing a slat so you had to cover it when getting dressed or taking a shower. Plenty of space for 3 cars that was a plus. Stove had lighting issues when you turn it on used a grilling lighter. We wanted to cook using the grill lowest was not cleaned so that made our outdoor dinner plans inconvenient had to use the oven bummer. Overall we all had a Great time there and would definitely go back again not to far too drive and close to lots of places including restaurants and Supermarket perfect so you don't have to bring food with you if you don't need too. Great for 5 people.

Cassandra's Place is STILL absolutely wonderful. I stayed here once before and the reason it was only once is because she's ALWAYS booked when I'm looking to come back. But I was blessed with an opportunity to return and it was as amazing as the first time. She is an amazing host who is very responsive and take good care of my every need. She left me a note welcoming me back. Great touch. I wanted to go to WaWa to get some snacks and something to drink. She already took care of that. I felt at home. Home away from home. Off street parking is also a big plus. Long story short, I love it there. She deserves a great review, but the only downside is I'll probably never be able to stay there again. Keeping my fingers crossed.

Kat was a wonderful host! She met me at her house at the agreed-upon check-in time and was quite cordial, patient, and helpful. As a first-time Airbnb costumer, these qualities were much appreciated. She showed me all the relevant aspects and amenities and quickly addressed all my questions and concerns. Her Airbnb was the perfect space and location for my visit, and I would gladly return.

Some friends and I stayed for a long weekend for my birthday. The house is a very special place, with both beautiful historic details and modern conveniences. We had a great time grilling on the patio and relaxing in the hot tub. The lake and property is very peaceful and a good place for bird watching. One day we took a beautiful spring walk around the lake at Parvin state park which is a short drive away. The kitchen was probably the best stocked of any rental we’ve stayed, with every tool you could possibly need! The rooms were spacious and bright, and every bed was very comfortable, including the pull out couch in the super cozy lower level. The 7 of us had a great time and would very happily return again! Ernesto was an excellent host and very quickly responded with any questions that popped up. Thanks to him & Alan for a wonderful stay!
