Welcome to my non-smoking house, a haven of tranquillity in a quiet neighbourhood, 10 minutes from the city centre and close to all amenities within walking distance: shops, pharmacy. It's 30 minutes to the sea, 35 minutes to Spain, 60 minutes to Cerdagne, our mountain range, not to mention our bike paths. Comfortable air-conditioned interior. Discover my garden, enjoy the barbecue on the terrace and the jacuzzi (swimwear required). No pets allowed. Unfortunately, children cannot be accommodated at my home.

The Moulin de Reynès was built in 1602, on the river, in the heart of a preserved valley a few kilometers from Céret. It operated until the 1950s and is still in working order. The renovation of the residential part dates from 2010. Gîte de France 3-star rating, with a totally independent character, along a small river.
