We had a great time at this place, which was clean, comfortable and as described. The location is great and everything was perfectly organized. A big thank you to the owner Mr. Khalil for his warm welcome and availability, as well as to the lady who handed us the keys with kindness and professionalism. Parking was also a positive point, free and public on the street, with no problem parking. We highly recommend this listing to others looking for a pleasant and carefree stay. We'll be happy to go back!

We very much enjoyed our stay at Samy's house. He is a great host, very responsive and pleasant to deal with. The house is lovely, it's in an enclosed compound with a shared pool area and backyard. The rooms are large, the kitchen is great, and the living rooms were perfect. The beach is a 5 min walk down the hill and there are many restaurants and shops a short drive away. There is also a gym just a short walk away that is really nice and offers single-day entry fees. Samy's house was perfect for our family trip, the rooms and living areas are really nice and spacious. We will absolutely rent from Samy again.

Would 100% recommend to stay at Hakima’s place. We had 12 days there - 4 adults and 4 kids (age 2, 6, 6 and 8) - and we had everything we wanted and more.

House in a good location, but outside disturbances to consider The house is in a great location, close to the seaside, which is very nice for walks. It is as described, clean, well maintained and very functional. However, some exterior elements can impact the quality of the stay: - The access street is in very poor condition, with many holes and bumps, which complicates traffic, especially at night or during rainy weather. - A construction site is just across the street, generating noise disturbances throughout the day, including Saturdays, which reduces tranquility and the use of outdoor spaces. - The presence of stray dogs on the street can also be a problem. It is best to remain cautious when going out, especially by bringing stones or a stick to keep them away if needed. Their barking and nighttime fights can create a sense of insecurity. A place to recommend knowingly

Fantastic and helpful hosts, needed a last minute place to stay when my original was not great. They got the home ready for us in literally hours and bent over backwards every step of the way. All around great service and support.

My stay at Karim's was perfect, it was very welcoming, fluid communication and the accommodation is very well located, the environment contains restaurants and very nice cafes knowing that the area of the accommodation is very quiet......well I recommend Karim

Rachid is a very friendly and accommodating host. The accommodation is atypical and charming. The terrace offers panoramic views of the river, the Kasba des oudayas and the medina. The location is exceptional!! We highly recommend Rachid's charming house.

Our first visit to a Riad in Rabat and we really liked this location at the Oudayas. It was next to the Cornish, Rabat Medina, taxis, and beach. The staff were attentive to our needs. An amazing view!

Youssef is a great host, kind, courteous, available and accommodating. He cares about the well-being of his hosts. He gave a lot of suggestions and was very helpful. He responds quickly. The place is big, beautiful, very clean. There are 2 bathrooms and a balcony. The bed is comfortable. Great location. Walking distance from the train station, Medina and if you walk a little, just about everything is on foot: we didn't even need taxis. We recommend it unreservedly.

The apartment was exactly as described, clean, well decorated and very comfortable. It is ideally located, close to all amenities and in a quiet area. we had an amazing time with the whole family, the appartment was really well equipped and just in front of the swimming pool. Adults and children had a blast. The compound is very secure and we were surrounded by really nice families. The location is just unique, while it wad scorching hot everywhere we had such a breezy month, very helpful when you have heat and sun allergies like my little one and I have. Hicham had been exceptional, from start to finish, he helped with any inquiry and made sure we had everything we needed, thank you so much in behalf of the whole family!

Its our second time in this beautiful apartment, we came back for a second weekend because its so clean and peaceful, the host as always he is always responsive and friendly, he takes good care of his guests I highly recommend it !
