Central heating, outdoor lighting and ample parking including a covered area for bikes/motorcycles. Non-smokers only and no pets, please.

The SAROZO farmhouse is located in a hamlet of Grospierres. There are 2 separate 60 m2 cottages (an old barn). The cottage is made of typical Ardeche stone, consisting of a large living room with kitchen, dining area and living room. Two large mezzanine bedrooms. The 20m2 yurt can easily accommodate two adults and two children. A wooden house of 15m2 is also dedicated to you with kitchen, bathroom, toilet and, as a bonus, a view of the river!
