Bus connection is available (107) about 30 minutes to Uppsala C, about 40 minutes by bicycle. Fully-equipped kitchen & bathroom. (no washing machine, but can be arranged by agreement) Separate dining room, work room, bedroom. Normally, the accommodation is rented to a maximum of 2 people. For stays/accommodation for a longer period, a special agreement can be made for monthly rent & operating costs. The house can then be rented with room for 3 people.

Welcome to our newly built guest house "Ladan." A home in a quiet, rural setting just east of Uppsala. With us, you live 13 km from Uppsala C and 7 km from the E4, which takes you further towards Arlanda or Stockholm. 1000 meters from the accommodation, a bus goes directly to Uppsala C and during some summer days, you can take a steam train to the city with the museum railway Lennakatten. The guest house is located on the outskirts of Gunsta community, close to nature. In the area, there is the nice Stiernhielms Krog & Livs, where you can eat well or shop a little.

Unique boathouse from the early 1900s with 10 metres to a private beach and jetty. The house has a shower, toilet, simple kitchenette, wood-burning stove and wood-fired sauna. An oasis for those who appreciate quality of life and don't want to live in the centre. The sleeping loft has two mattresses directly on the floor and is accessed via a ladder. The ceiling is low, so here you have to embrace your inner cat and crawl smoothly towards the mattresses 😊 Cosy, charming and not for those who want to stretch out fully in bed😉 Sheets and towels are included.

Small cozy guest house on a leafy plot. 400 meters from the cottage is Lake Mälaren. Here you can swim at a jetty or small beach in the summer and ice skate in the winter. Close to a beautiful nature reserve with barbecue areas and nice forest. The cottage has a room and bathroom. It has a small, but fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher. There is a bed (140 cm) as well as a folding guest bed (70 cm). In the bathroom, there is a washing machine, shower and toilet. Sheets and towels included.
