Holiday rentals with a patio in Sal

Lägenheten ligger i ytterkanten av staden och nära havet. En nyligen påbörjad byggnation kan möjlighen minska den nu fortfarande fantastiska havsutsikten från uteplatsen där vi tillbringade mycket tid. Närheten till havet och det mesta av utsikten med havsbrus lär ändå vara kvar när huset står klart så småningom. Ovanligt sköna sängar.

Very lovely stay in a spacious two bed room apartment in the Centre of Santa Maria. Conveniently close to all shops, restaurants, night clubs and beaches. The locals are magnificent and so friendly and helpful. I tended to spend my time walking along the magnificent beaches and eating the local cuisine. The apartment is perfect to explore and the environment, although buzzing with lively live music is warm and inviting. A big shout out to Zeleica who was extremely helpful. Will definitely visit again soon.

Un agréable séjour à Sal, proche de la plage, des commerces et des restaurants. Le logement est parfait pour une famille de 5 comme la notre... Le quartier étant animé nous avons eu un peu de bruit la nuit. Le contact avec notre hote à été parfait.

This was an absolutely perfect stay! Even though this is not right in the centre of Santa Maria, it's only a 10 minute (or less) walk away from everything which made it super convenient. The beautiful beach right on your doorstep is also such a plus. The hosts were very kind, friendly and even helped us arrange taxis when needed! I would definitely stay here again.

Susana was a very nice host and took care of everything from arranging airport transfers to giving detailed restaurant recommendations. The apartment is close to the beach (5min), the main strip (2min), Mini Supoermarket(seconds) and local restaurants(minutes). The rooms are clean with air conditioning in the master bedroom and living room. The kitchen was very well equipped and there is also a washing machine.

Die Unterkunft ist aus meiner Sicht der perfekte Ort für alle, die es gemütlich und ruhig möchten, und dennoch alles vor der Haustür haben möchten. Die Einkaufsstraße mit zahlreichen Restaurants ist wenige Meter von der Unterkunft entfernt und man hat sowohl Pool als auch einen wunderschönen Strandabschnitt direkt in der Anlage. Je weiter man am Strand entlang läuft, desto weitläufiger wird der Strand. Die Unterkunft ist sauber, ordentlich und hat alles, was man für einen erholsamen Urlaub benötigt. Die Beschreibung und die Fotos entsprechen der Realität. Man hat zwar keinen Meerblick, kann aber dafür das ruhige Treiben in der Straße beobachten und zahlt dafür etwas weniger im Vergleich. Die Anlage ist sicher und einfach genau das Richtige für die, die nicht in einer riesigen All Inklusive Anlage sein möchten. In der Küche kann man sich wunderbar etwas kochen, wenn man mal nicht auf das preisgünstige Essen in den Restaurants zurückgreifen möchte. Die Gastgeberin war sehr zugewandt!

Sentimo-nos em casa . O apartamento é muito confortável, a casa tem tudo o necessário para usufruir de umas férias muito agradáveis. Varandas enormes , bons sofás , uma boa televisão, internet ilimitada ( pagamos extra para ser ilimitada , mas valeu a pena) , bons WCs , tudo bem arranjado e super limpo. As camas são boas e confortáveis. A cozinha toda equipada e cofre dentro do apartamento. A Maxine foi muito atenciosa connosco e sempre disponível. O condomínio tem tudo, supermercado, restaurante, boa piscina , segurança 24h , super calmo e contamos pelo relógio demoramos 7 minutos a pé até a melhor praia do Sal , a bikini beach igualmente vigiada , com bares de qualidade e entretenimento de actividades aquáticas. Foram 16 dias maravilhosos e vamos repetir. Obrigado Maxine.

De accommodatie van Dennis en Brigitte is een heerlijke plek om te verblijven, vlakbij het strand, de restaurant en de winkels van Santa Maria. Onze 2 zonen van 18 en 15 hebben goed kunnen slapen op de 2e slaapkamer, ondanks dat het een beperkte (lage) ruimte is. Het complex heeft een heerlijk zwembad en direct daarachter begint het strand. De pier van Santa Maria is op loopafstand. We hebben een topvakantie gehad, echt een aanrader! Het contact met Dennis is makkelijk en snel, als je dat wenst, regelt hij de transfers van en naar het vliegveld. Bij aankomst was zelfs de koelkast gedeeltelijk gevuld, echt een warm welkom! Great host and even better stay. Joao was very attentive and his place with two huge balconies and 3 big bedrooms was great. My guests were hesitant to stay in Espargos because Santa Maria is where is supposedly hip but I highly recommend Joao’s apartment in the heart of Esparagos. The local restaurants Joao recommended were also a great addition to our trip. Will definitely stay longer when I return to Sal.

Richard was an excellent host. He was flexible and accommodating, and we had a blast snorkeling with him in the little bay nearby. The place was exactly as advertised: comfortable, clean, and spacious. Thank you!

Wir hatten einen wundervollen Aufenthalt. Das Airbnb Ist direkt am Meer und Restaurants sind in 10min Fußweg erreichbar. Der Ausblick auf das Meer beim Sonnenuntergang ist atemberaubend. Unser Gastgeber Peter hat uns sehr herzlich empfangen und verabschiedet, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und können das Airbnb uneingeschränkt weiter empfehlen.

Wir waren zu fünft und haben uns sehr willkommen gefühlt. Wenn man ein paar schöne Tage fern ab der vielen Touristen aus Santa Maria verbringen und ein wenig das einheimische Leben schnuppern mag, ist man bei Ralf gut aufgehoben. Wir waren durch Ralfs Empfehlungen zweimal köstlich essen und wurden mit allen Infos ausgestattet die man brauchte. Das Haus mit Pool war für unsere Tochter sowieso der Knüller! Vielen Dank für den tollen Aufenthalt. Wir haben eine nette Familie kennengelernt und das Gefühl, ein wenig vom einheimischen Flair der Menschen auf Sal mitbekommen zu haben. Danke für den Einblick

Sal is a beautiful island, but Patricia's place is actually what made it perfect for us. Murdeira Village really is the best area to stay if you like to feel you have the beach to yourself, a lovely clean pool ( 1 min from your door), handy restaurant and a stunning, untouched coast line to walk along. The homes in this area have been designed thoughtfully and very pleasant to view and pretty streets to walk through. Ponto Preta & Santa Maria easy to visit via taxi as is all the sights on the island. The other beaches have huge waves! But we really loved most is coming back 'home' to Patricia's place. Super clean and easy to keep clean, lots of amenities if you like to cook and there's a convinience store 2 min away in a safe neighborhood, friendly neighbours -highly recommend. x

Edson war sehr hilfsbereit, er ging auf unsere Wünsche ein und ermöglichte uns durch seine Kooperation einen angenehmen Aufenthalt. Wir fühlten und sehr wohl. Die Strasse ist nicht angeschrieben,aber Edson hat uns ein Taxi organisiert für die Hin- und Rückfahrt. So gab es gar keine Probleme, um das Apartment zu finden. Es ist am Meer und in 10 min ist man im Zentrum. Wir kommen gerne wieder. Danke für den tollen Aufenthalt.

We enjoyed staying in Lorraine's apartment, being in the city and by the sea made it very easy for us to walk around day and night, enjoying the city vibes and at times sitting by the beach. it was nice finding drinking water, coffee, tea, sugar in the house. We were warmly welcomed by the manager, Stefan who took us round to see various restaurants and showed us where we could shop. He also helped us organize a tour to the island which was great. I would recommend Lorraine's house for your stay in Santa Maria.

The apartment is great and highly recommended. Ana has a good heart and everything was fantastically organized from arrival to accommodation. Communication was very quick and friendly, helpful.

I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Claudia's place to others, it was great! I stayed there as a solo female traveller and it was a perfect (albeit big!) space for my stay. From initially contacting Claudia to book to checking out, she was always very responsive and helpful. Claudia offered a transfer from/to the airport with Daniel at a very reasonable price and with Daniel also dealing with check-in/check-out for my booking it meant it was a v. smooth process- thanks again Daniel! The apartment itself was fairly clean (there was, like other reviews said, some rusty towel rails) & had everything that was listed on the advert. I didn't need to use the aircon which would have been an additional cost. It is walkable to Santa Maria (30 mins)/Ponta Preta (20 mins) & the pool area is lovely to spend the day if you don't want to venture far. I felt safe here by myself & it was handy that there was a shop close too. Would definitely recommend & enjoyed my stay-thanks again to Claudia & Daniel :)

Boa localização e ótimas condições. Os anfitriões foram muito prestáveis na chegada e na resolução de pequenos problemas durante o estadia. A casa é uma opção perfeita para quem pretende fugir aos resorts e aproveitar a ilha de forma mais local.

Absolutely LOVED our stay - exceeded all our expectations. Mirian was the perfect host - very much appreciated the late check-out. One of the very few holiday’s I’ve not wanted to leave - we’re already planning our next visit. Highly recommend, and thank you again Mirian! See you again very soon ✌️🇨🇻🏖️🙃
