Saari Lokonen - private island & log cabin

It´s always Sunday on the island! Saari Lokonen is a calm private island in the middle of Finland (near Etelä-Konnevesi national park). Rowing boat, two kayaks and a canoe available for free during the vacation. The car must be left on the mainland. Rowing distance to the island 300m Honka cottage built in 1997. Warmly welcome to Halssila, Jyväskylä, a distinctive and idyllic residential area! Maple blossom is a hundred-year-old adorable pink little house in our yard. In the summertime, you can see leafy maple and yard oak branches from the windows, while in the winter, the nearby Jyväsjärvi remains on the horizon. As a host, you can be alone in the shelter of a small house. From the highway you can reach by car in a few minutes to our place.

Traditional log cabin is situated in a very peaceful place by the lake. Lake Konnevesi is very clean and beautiful lake. National Park of Etelä-Konnevesi is founded in 2014. Cottage and sauna are in your use during your stay. Swimming beach is safe for the children. Woods for the sauna and fire place are included. Toilet is in the other building outside the cottage. Rowing boat is in your use during your stay. Pets welcome.
