Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Saitama

The price and what you get is really good. For my first visit in Tokio i did not account for how far everything is away. But i can definitely recommend.

We had a wonderful stay at 真理子's beautiful Showa-style private guest house. We appreciated the traditional style and furnishings and especially 真理子's kindness and hospitality. She went above and beyond what we anticipated, driving us back and forth from the train station, lending us yen when we had only foreign currency (no credit cards accepted at the train stations), and preparing and serving us the most delicious meals. 真理子 speaks English, which helped us tremendously. She showed us how to buy train tickets, explained the meaning of the tea ceremony in the Japanese tradition, told us stories dear to Japanese people--all of which gave us a fuller appreciation of the culture. The guest house is located in a semi-industrial and residential neighborhood. We took morning walks through the narrow streets to a small nature preserve and up a set of stairs to a paved trail from which we got a view of Mount Fuji and speeding trains. We highly recommend 真理子's guest house.

This was our first time staying in a traditional Japanese house, and we were very excited before our arrival. Upon checking in, we were delighted with everything—the beautiful surroundings, the exceptional traditional Japanese house, and the warm hospitality of the two owners. We will gladly recommend "古民家田淵" to our friends and look forward to returning for another stay in the future.

Experiencing such warm hospitality is truly special. A comfortable and welcoming atmosphere can make any stay feel like home. The kindness of preparing breakfast is a thoughtful gesture! It's wonderful and rare to find such generous hosts. These small acts of care create lasting memories. They were so kind picking us up from the train station and dropping us off too! 必要なものがすべて揃っていて、とても過ごしやすかったです。 　忙しい中で、急遽計画した旅行でしたが、BBQに花火、部屋では備え付けの沢山の玩具で、子ども達も十分に楽しめました。 　また機会があれば利用したいです。 　ありがとうございました♪

The house is clean and the furniture is simple. Surrounding supermarkets are very close, 5 minutes by car. There are many restaurants, which is very convenient. The owner will introduce many hot springs for my reference. The most important thing is that it is very close to our training place, I am very satisfied

駅から近く、周辺に飲食店などもたくさんありととも立地が良い場所でした。 部屋も広く、非常に快適に過ごすことができました。

The house is very welcoming, location was great, very close to the train station, restaurants, and shops a walking distance, the staff are amazing, very friendly, specially Sunny, thank you fot the great stay.

Great location, very convenient, 7-11, restaurants, grocery stores are right at your door step. Apartment is in a quiet neighborhood,. Very clean and cosy, it has a fuctional kitchen. Very happy with our stay there. Highly recommended!
