Simon and Katya where amazing hosts. Very friendly and always available if needed. Checkin was super easy and smooth. The pictures did not do the place justice, it was much nicer in person. Very clean and comfortable. The home was well equipped with the basics needed. Location was ideal just 15 minutes from st tropez and 15 minutes to the beach’s yet the home was quiet and peaceful with nature. I would highly recommend staying here. Easley a 10/10 experience.

The accommodation was beautiful, very stylishly furnished and exactly as described – if not even better! Everything was extremely well equipped, nothing was really missing. You can tell that we worked here with a lot of love for detail. The location is perfect: a quiet, relaxed retreat and at the same time an ideal starting point for bike rides, hikes or excursions to the beach and the surrounding cities along the Côte d'Azur. After an eventful day in this beautiful region, it was always a pleasure to come "home" and end the evening in a relaxed way. The hosts were very friendly, helpful and easy to reach. We felt completely comfortable and can fully recommend this accommodation. We will definitely be happy to come back – a real insider tip for a successful holiday in the south of France! Very nice stay and a very good welcome in this house that met expectations

We had a great stay at Violaine's villa. There were 4 of us and we were just after some relaxation and sunshine and this couldn't have been a better option for us. Beautiful views, gorgeous pool and 4 extremely comfortable bedrooms. The kitchen was very well equipped and the outdoor space had lots of seating areas, sun loungers and a large dining table. Sadly we couldn't get the gas BBQ to work despite the caretaker coming out to show us how to get it going, so I think that might need replacing, but we just cooked our food in the kitchen instead so it didn't matter hugely. Violaine was very helpful and clearly cares about her guests. We visited Barca Beach club & restaurant which she recommended which we loved and were treated very well. Wish we could have stayed longer and would love to return!

We had a great stay. The house is very nice and welcoming, Régine was very good at welcoming us and even advised us what to do in the area, I recommend without hesitation. 😊

Jean-Louis and his wife are lovely hosts. The apartment is very well located, the best part is the parking for the vehicle his wife gave us information to visit the area. The apartment is very clean, the environment quiet. I recommend this accommodation and if I have to come back to the area I will come back without problem.

My husband & I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Denis’s place. He was communicative and provided us with excellent local recommendations! The spot was perfect for us to relax and the space was perfect. Highly recommend!

Was a lovely home. Pictures were an accurate representation however not highly recommended for taller guests. Katie was fast, helpful, and responsive. We utilized the laundry services and our clothes were cleaned fast and well.

Honestly, this was probably the best Airbnb we’ve stayed at — and we’ve stayed in many across different countries. If you’re looking for a place to stay on the Côte d’Azur, just book this one. I spent over a week researching options, so I know pretty well what’s out there in this area, and I’m happy we ended up choosing this one. The location is amazing — literally one step from the beach. There’s a big grocery store right across the street, an underground parking garage, and a really nice infinity pool in the complex. The apartment itself is super well-equipped — everything is modern, from the blackout curtains to the shower. Villeneuve-Loubet turned out to be a great spot — calm and relaxing, but also perfect as a base to explore the French Riviera, Monaco, and even Italy (about 1.5 hours by car). Corinne was also a fantastic host — always quick to respond (usually within 5 minutes) and really helpful whenever we had a question. Highly recommended — we would love to come back!

I stayed with my partner for two nights. Manon was very responsive all the time. The appartment was very clean and had all the necessary amenities. The most amazing part of our stay was the view of the port from the appartment. It is located on a private neighbourhood and has free parking inside. It is also very close to other attractions like Sain Tropez, the center of Grimaud and nice beaches. Would definately recommend staying there.

Philippe was an amazing host. Very responsive and knowledgeable. The studio is directly across the street from the beach, with an amazing view of the Gulf of St Tropez. The location of the studio was excellent as well, within walking distance of wonderful shops and restaurants and the ferry to St Tropez. A convenience store is two doors down, and a full supermarket a 5 minute walk. We stumbled upon a farmers market one day downtown and had some of the best cheese we’ve ever had. The space itself is as advertised. We spent our mornings overlooking the beach from the huge windows. The neighborhood is quiet and clean. One thing to not miss is the AMAZING water pressure and temperature in the shower, which we are not used to traveling through Europe. As others have mentioned, be prepared for the four story walk up to the apartment. But if you’re out all day like us it’s not a huge deal. Will come again. Thanks Philippe!
