It includes a 23 m2 living room/kitchen; a 13 m2 bedroom without window (but equipped with an air conditioner), with an en-suite bathroom; a separate toilet; a 34 m2 covered terrace; a garage.

This stylish and fully equipped new accommodation with kitchen is perfect for a couple's stay. Ideally located for a visit to the north of Martinique, its idyllic natural setting will seduce you. As with all trips to Martinique, a car is required. Located in the countryside, you will be awakened by the song of birds (and especially roosters). Your host will be able to give you good recommendations. Note the presence of 2 adorable dogs Buu and Baguerra, 3 cats.

For a stay with full sea views, we rent a ground floor villa consisting of two adjoining units. The accommodations are located 100 m from the beach (private access). You can enjoy the magnificent private swimming pool (25mx12m) and the tropical garden (6 hectares) of our secure estate. Rest and quiet guaranteed. The T3 accommodation is fully equipped and is designed to accommodate 2 to 4 people. Toilet, bed and kitchen towels are provided for free.

Meals are taken with a nice sea view, the apartment is quiet, very well located, 1 km from the city center, pharmacy, bakery, post office and various small shops, you can walk to get your fresh fish, the fish market is 200 m away, and the local market 1 km away, you have two pretty small beaches 5 minutes away, Raisiniers and Cosmy. Located on the Atlantic side, 15 minutes from the Caravelle Peninsula Nature Reserve and 35 minutes from the airport.
