Love Room, L'aubertine

L'aubertine est une Love Room dans une maison de plain pied situé dans un lieu dit de Saint-Aubert-Sur-Orne (61) très calme, avec une cuisine équipée, un salon avec un téléviseur, un poêle à bois et un lit de 180. La salle d'eau comprend une douche à l'italienne avec effet pluie, un lavabo et le WC. La pièce dédiée, avec ambiance lumineuse au choix, comprend un fauteuil Tantra, une croix de Saint André et une balançoire Dorcel. Un grand miroir avec ruban lumineux surplombe le lit.

This cosy stone cottage is situated in a tranquil setting, in the heart of Suisse Normandie. Well located for those who love to walk, cycle, swim, paddleboard, Lac de Radonages is 8 minutes away, where a municipal supported free-swimming area has recently been built with life guards, a restaurant, and water sports facilities. Putanges-le-Lac is the nearest village, 12 minutes away, it has a small patisserie, boulangerie and Tuesday morning market for fish, meat and vegetables.

De nombreuses randonnées sont à découvrir aux alentours, notamment sur place la Carneille en histoire. Village étape de la vélo francette le gîte est accueil vélo. elle dispose d'une salle de massage qui pourra être mise à votre disposition sur demande (prévoir un supplément). L' épicerie de la Gine est située à 30m du logement.

Caen 30 minutes away / Argentan train station 20 minutes away.

Spacious house ideally located overlooking the largest lake in Normandy and a stone's throw from Normandy Switzerland and its GR, voted the favorite of the French in 2022. Come with family, friends, this 100 m² house (2000 m² of land) will be the place to meet. Outside: Private Parking, Pétanque Court, Charcoal Barbecue, Terrace. The cottage is a small house with its own private garden. Access to the accommodation is via a raised wooden terrace that overlooks the living room with dining room, lounge area, wood stove with wood available.
