Completely renovated by an interior designer, it has beautiful parquet floors, fireplaces and refined decor. The stay has been completely redone and the updated photos are being completed. Guest will enjoy the charm of an old apartment ideally located with all the contemporary advantages. Breakfast, towels and bedding are included in the service. Baby cot possible. It is not planned to be able to accommodate more than 4 adults. Guests have access to the entire place. I can be reached permanently via email and phone. The apartment is located on the Presqu'île, in the hyper-center of Lyon, 200 meters from Place Bellecour, close to the Perrache train station and a few minutes' walk from Old Lyon. All convenience stores are easily accessible. You can enjoy your stay on foot or with the TCL (Transport en Commun Lyonnais). Two Vélov stations are less than 50 meters from the residence. Modern apartment (2021) for 2 people. Very bright, located 10 minutes from Gare Perrache and 15 minutes from the city center. If you have a car I offer you my free parking space.
