Perfect stay to rest in a peaceful and quiet environment! It feels like home but on vacation with everything you need ^^ Small cozy semi-detached house for at least 4 people in complete privacy, everything is clean and new, the garden and car parking, the location 15 minutes by car from the beaches of Mimizan^^ Thank you again for your welcome!

We had a 3 night stay here and wish it was longer! Such a clean and peaceful place. Super close to the beach to catch some waves, eat good food and simply enjoy the beach or go for a walk in nature. There was a massive fridge, nice if you’re with more people and want to have a nice bbq night. We were only with 2 and the house really felt like coming home. Indoor and outdoor. Nice spot for my morning Yoga and breakfast in the sun. The overall design makes it fun and brings you in complete holiday mode. The aircon keeps the house nice and cool. We had the pleasure of staying in this beautiful house and our expectations were far exceeded. The location is perfectly quiet yet central, so we could easily reach everything in the area. The house itself is tastefully decorated, extremely clean and offers plenty of space for a relaxing break. A special highlight was the incredibly back-friendly mattresses - we rarely slept so well!!! It was really relaxing to wake up rested in the morning. A detail that takes the stay to another level. The hosts were very friendly, helpful and responsive to our questions. They have thought of everything, from small welcome touches to tips for the area. We really felt at home and were able to fully enjoy the time undisturbed. We would recommend this house to everyone without hesitation! A big thank you to the hosts!

Thanks to Thomas for allowing us to visit Mimizan and the surrounding area. Thanks to his advice, we were able to discover beautiful places. Great value for the price We were able to bring our 2 dogs which is really an advantage. There is a Supermarket not far away if needed. Downtown is 5 min away and beaches are 10 or 15min max. Thank you for this trip ✌🏻

we loved this cozy little nest with a pleasant terrace of impeccable cleanliness, very good value for money given the proximity of Mimizan and the very nice little village of Pontenx les forges which we can access on foot, close to the road, so very convenient

Great stay. The apartment is ideal for a couple, with a child. The bedding is comfortable, there is almost everything to spend a beautiful week. Relaxing bathroom, small balcony perfect for dining. Private parking space but I admit we were lucky that the building is almost deserted, access to the square with a large car can be complicated. The location is ideal, about 20 minutes walk from the center We are starting to host next year's vacation and have already found our Airbnb Check-out is autonomous, after returning the apartment as we arrived: perfect!

We had a great stay at Nancy's! Its patio is a true haven of peace, perfectly furnished and very clean, ideal for relaxing in peace. The warm atmosphere and the neat decoration make the place even more welcoming. Nancy is a caring host, available and full of good ideas. Her recommendations for local activities and restaurants were invaluable and allowed us to discover real gems. An authentic and rejuvenating experience that I recommend without hesitation! Very well located apartment (on the beach and close to the city centre by bike), well arranged and well equipped. We were able to enjoy the balcony which is nice (and perfectly oriented to enjoy the sunset). The parking space and bikes are very nice. Our host was very responsive and we were greeted by his parents who were charming and helpful. We enjoyed our stay very much.

Perfect place to stay for an easy weekend with the family. Everything can be done on foot, the children loved the access to the beach near the apartment. The environment is quiet and peaceful, the apartment is functional and Myriam is very responsive. I highly recommend it and would definitely come back!
