Small quiet corner of paradise near the lake. Extremely nice house, very well equipped, very well furnished and decorated. Caring and very available host. Very pleasant stay, we highly recommend it!

Great weekend in Mimizan, Luis' house is perfect, comfortable for 2 families, super nice heated pool, close to the beach and the centre. Luis is super friendly and made us feel very welcome. We'll be back next month.

We had a very nice stay. The house matches the descriptions and everything was very well organised.

Trip for 4 (thirty-something couple + young retirees): easy arrival, warm and friendly welcome by Caroline the concierge, who immediately put us at ease with great recommendations. Mathieu, the owner, was also very welcoming by SMS, despite his absence on site, we feel that he really wants his guests to have a good time. Both remained available throughout the stay. The house is superb, well-equipped, very clean and the "beachfront" decor is soothing. 😊 The pool, heated and covered (or not), was perfect for this period, a little cool some days and in the evening. The setting is quiet and relaxing in a subdivision consisting mainly of secondary residences. Not far from Mimizan beach where there is everything you want: beach, restaurants, shops... Thank you for making this beautiful home available to travellers! 🧳🏖️ We had a great stay all 4 of us and we'll be back, that's for sure! 🤩 See you soon.

We had a great time! The place was what we expected: super equipped, we found everything we needed even more . The hosting was very warm , very responsive when we had any questions. We would come back without a second thought if we had to come back to Arcachon!

Excellent stay in this cozy apartment. It feels good right away, it is decorated with great taste and ideally located in the heart of Andernos city. Slight downside on the smell of cold cigarette impregnated in the apartment that we were unable to get away even by airing the rooms and the missing shower gel and shampoos which are yet mentioned in the listing. However, nothing inconvenient to have a lovely stay.

Loved our stay at Caroline's! The house is beautiful, and the garden, a real haven of peace! The bed is large and comfortable, the kitchen functional and pleasant. Super convenient to be able to leave our car right in front, so we didn't hesitate to take it easily to visit the surroundings:) A truly relaxing week in absolute calm! We'll be back for sure!

The mattress is a little too thin and hard, it's the only small negative point, after that everything else was perfect.

We spent a week in this beautiful apartment, even better than in the photos. Breathtaking views at any time of day. A modern, well-decorated, clean space. The little extras: the pool (with always the view of the pool) , the quiet environment. A perfect place for young and old. Alix and Fabrice are very friendly, accommodating and responsive. We will come back without hesitation! If you want to have a peaceful, relaxing vacation: come with your eyes closed.

Very accommodating , responsive and welcoming hosts. We spent a simple one-night stop during a trip to the area. Hosts were keen to welcome us.

The apartment was spotlessly clean and very well stocked with all you could need for cooking. We really appreciated availability of spices , oils and herbs. And also utensils and cleaning materials were all there for our use. We were able to take 20 minute walk to boulangerie and only 5 minute drive to supermarket and fantastic pizza place. Great day trips to Bordeaux Hossegar, Capbreton Biarritz and Cap Ferret. Spacious feel to the apartment and very comfortable.

It was wonderful! First time in Cap Ferret and what a discovery! We loved it! The house was great, cozy and the terrace sunny! We all did it by bike and the location was really ideal between ocean and basin and not far from restaurants and shops! We can't wait to come back!!!

Very nice, pleasant and comfortable house extremely well located. 2 steps from the sea by a small sandy path. Close to the beautiful Pereire beach and its large pedestrian promenade by the sea. The city centre of Arcachon, which is a very pretty city, is a little further away but close enough to be able to access it on foot by walking on the large bike path that is at the foot of the house We immediately felt at home in this haven of peace and tranquility. The garden and the covered terrace are of course a plus. A big thank you to our contact, Nicolas. For his listening and for the time dedicated to making our stay a perfect one. It was. We can only highly recommend this house.

Villa exactly in the style and spirit of Cap Ferret. Ideally located, very well-equipped, with charming, responsive, and caring hosts. It is also a family home, ideal for reunions with your loved ones for good times. I would recommend it in a second.

Very nice, comfortable, bright villa. the pool is a real pleasure. Very well maintained outdoor area. Time for sharing with the petanque court. “We had a wonderful weekend in a splendid house, combining comfort, charm and tranquility. A true haven of peace, ideal to recharge your batteries.

As big fans of Lege Cap Ferret, we were delighted to discover Sophie’s place in Quartier Mimbeau. The house is centered around a spacious and luxurious living room with very high ceilings. Doors on two sides open into the terraces and garden, allowing an unrivalled feeling of openness. The garden itself is small, private and extremely beautiful. The kitchen is also small but very well equipped - we used it every day. The dishwasher was on the small side. For our family it was a big advantage that there is a private bungalow, containing one bedroom. Each bedroom has its own big en suite bathroom, which was a big plus. The beds are queen size. We especially enjoyed eating on the terrace in the back and doing yoga on the front terrace. Even though we would have loved an outdoor shower, there is a tap for cleaning sandy feet and wetsuits. We highly recommend Sophie’s Villa.
