The accommodation, tastefully decorated, is very well equipped and the air conditioning is a real plus, nothing is missing. Quiet environment close to a beautiful beach and shops, everything can be done on foot. Jéremy is very responsive and accommodating. Fluid and enjoyable communication. Recommended, you can book without hesitation.

We loved our 3 night stay. We are a couple and loved the space and how easy to get to main town Parked the car and left it! They had coffee and basic staples for cooking Would highly recommend staying here !!

House very well equipped and faithful to the description. view of the pine trees from the garden, slight overlooking on the sides but the neighborhood is pleasant. Proximity to a shopping centre, access to walks from the house. requires transportation to get to the shopping streets or the beach. Quiet environment, pleasant garden. Very good stay in short.

We had a great stay at Estelle's place. The location is ideal, everything is within walking distance: ocean and great beach, restaurants, bars, bike rental, bakery, pharmacy and supermarket. Possibility of parking very close to the accommodation. The accommodation is clean and functional. The enclosed terrace at the back is a real plus when you come with animals and is very nice to eat there. The bedding is comfortable, clean. Estelle is a super nice, responsive and helpful host. Really a flawless one.

Bastien was super easy to reach. We were able to extend without any problems. The private driveway with parking and gate was safe for parking. It was very comfortable on the terrace. Thanks for the stay!

Trip for 4 (thirty-something couple + young retirees): easy arrival, warm and friendly welcome by Caroline the concierge, who immediately put us at ease with great recommendations. Mathieu, the owner, was also very welcoming by SMS, despite his absence on site, we feel that he really wants his guests to have a good time. Both remained available throughout the stay. The house is superb, well-equipped, very clean and the "beachfront" decor is soothing. 😊 The pool, heated and covered (or not), was perfect for this period, a little cool some days and in the evening. The setting is quiet and relaxing in a subdivision consisting mainly of secondary residences. Not far from Mimizan beach where there is everything you want: beach, restaurants, shops... Thank you for making this beautiful home available to travellers! 🧳🏖️ We had a great stay all 4 of us and we'll be back, that's for sure! 🤩 See you soon.

There were four of us and we had a wonderful stay in Marie-Sarah's & Josselin's beautiful house by the sea. The house is very cozy and well laid out. We lacked nothing and were overwhelmed every time we looked out the windows or the veranda door. The view of the sea will accompany us for a long time to come. Marie-Sarah & Josselin were very good hosts. Requested insider tips for the area came as a highly professional and beautifully designed PDF. We can only highly recommend the house, the area and the hosts ❤️

This home is a little gem. Tastefully decorated, clean, and matching the photos and descriptions. We spent two nights in this charming little studio, close to the ocean. That said, the lack of WiFi and a washing machine is not ideal for a long stay. Despite this, we had a great time in Mimizan. The rental is quite close to the city. Very well located apartment (on the beach and close to the city centre by bike), well arranged and well equipped. We were able to enjoy the balcony which is nice (and perfectly oriented to enjoy the sunset). The parking space and bikes are very nice. Our host was very responsive and we were greeted by his parents who were charming and helpful. We enjoyed our stay very much.
