Private entrance. On the ground floor of our family home, bursts of laughter or voices may reach you. Pool reserved for the family 30 minutes per day. Séjournez dans ce bel et paisible appartement fraîchement rénové, avec sa belle vue mer. Il équipé neuf (machine a laver, TV avec Netflix, machine à vaisselle, machine à café….) et moderne et peut accueillir jusqu à 4 personnes ( 1 chambre avec 1 grand lit et 1 canapé lit). Le bien se situe à 1 minute de la clinique Sainte-Clotilde, quelques minutes de l université, 10 min de l aéroport, 6 minutes du centre ville etc. Un parking est disponible et lit parapluie disponible sur demande.

Guests can freely enjoy the swimming pool and terrace where we will be happy to meet you.
