Séjournez dans ce bel et paisible appartement fraîchement rénové, avec sa belle vue mer. Il équipé neuf (machine a laver, TV avec Netflix, machine à vaisselle, machine à café….) et moderne et peut accueillir jusqu à 4 personnes ( 1 chambre avec 1 grand lit et 1 canapé lit). Le bien se situe à 1 minute de la clinique Sainte-Clotilde, quelques minutes de l université, 10 min de l aéroport, 6 minutes du centre ville etc. Un parking est disponible et lit parapluie disponible sur demande.
