Beautiful cottage in the heart of nature

Relax at this fully restored 16th century gite in the heart of the 11 Ha estate, embellished with century-old oak trees. You will enjoy a soothing and serene setting 1 hour 15 minutes from Bordeaux and the ocean beaches of Hossegor, with many walking or cycling walks, 10 minutes from all amenities. Available: table tennis, trampoline, rackets, petanque, darts, table football. Swimming pool only in July and August: saltwater, heated, secure, 12m x 6m, open from 12 noon to 8 pm.

Pleasant 25 m² studio, fully furnished with taste, adjoining our property, with separate and private entrance, composed of: - Equipped kitchen (fridge, microwave, coffee maker, stove, utensils) - Bedroom with 160 x 200 bed - Bathroom - Separate toilet - Smart TV and Wi-Fi - Small private outdoor area. Landlords are living nearby and will offer to you what is best in Gers: organic food from across the street, taste of the « Floc » or the « Armagnac » but also a lot of animals: chicken, goats and Horses!

The house is situated in a small hamlet, 8 km from a town with all amenities, in a rural setting with views over the Pyrenees and the rolling countryside. In the garden is a large pool with terrace, trampoline, volley, ping-pong, foot, darts... The house has 4 bedrooms and a mezzanine for 2 extra guests. (2 extra guests only during winter). There are some neighbours, so ideally for a calm holiday.
