Beautiful villa, good value for money. The terrace is very comfortable and friendly. The beach and services are a 15-minute walk away. We were 5 adults and it was very comfortable. Beautiful place, I would recommend it.

Our stay in this villa was outstanding! The house is a haven of peace, decorated with exquisite taste, combining modernity and warmth. The outside is a dream: perfect terrace at all hours, beautiful pool surrounded by greenery. A real plus: proximity to amenities and the marina, making it easy to explore the area. Very proactive host and very welcoming neighbor. Super beautiful villa with common areas, privacy and all the necessary equipment, even for our baby, we did not lack anything. Possibility to walk to go to beautiful Bois-Jolan beach, but safer to go by car.

our stay at Stéphane's went very well. very good communication, very friendly. The house is great, the park is a treasure for the eyes. The pool is treated with salt so for people who don't like the smell of chlorine, it's perfect. The neighborhood is very quiet. thank you to Stéphane and his wife for their kindness and responsiveness in our exchanges .

We had a great time with the family. The setting is ideal!!! In this mango season, we were able to fully enjoy them. There was enough space for everyone. (8 people) The villa was a perfect match for the photos and was well maintained. The concierge was always available to help us, which we really appreciated. A great experience!

Loved our stay at this villa. We were a group of 8 adults, and the fact that each room has its own private bathroom allowed us to enjoy moments of privacy while sharing a common experience. The villa is impeccably furnished and fully equipped, offering all the comforts necessary for a pleasant stay. And what about the view from the patio with the pool? Absolutely beautiful, a haven of peace. If we were to mention a point for improvement, it would be the communication regarding the check-out. It seemed to us that we had to leave the premises before the cleaning team arrived, but in reality, we had to be there when they arrived. This confusion has caused some complications. Luckily, the situation was resolved. In the end, we highly recommend this villa. Its ideal location, close to many beaches and restaurants, makes it a perfect choice.

The concierge Sylvie who welcomed us was very accommodating for our arrival as well as the departure. Very nice and smiling. The house is beautiful and as shown in the photos. Everything was perfect, especially Miss M!

We had a great family stay at Nicolas's villa. The environment is perfect, quiet but access to everything in less than 5 minutes by car. The view is superb! The services of the accommodation are really premium (bedding, fittings, etc.). We highly recommend this accommodation.

Victoria’s house is a priceless, older, custom designed Caribbean beach house with private beach. Her personal decor perfectly offsets what the house is about. Just a fantastic setup. The house has a lovely familial charm, throughout. There were moments when it felt as though I were back in St. Tropez than in Guadeloupe. It could not be more idyllic. Her host was beyond polite. Everything was thoroughly covered, including close recommendations.

Very good stay at this very nice villa. Friendly and very responsive person on site. The villa is well located with beach accessible by a path and close to St Anne and St François. The only downside is the bedrooms. One of the bedrooms overlooking the pool has openings only closed by roller shutters so it is very exposed to outside noise. Similarly, the 5th bedroom with the 2 double beds opens directly to the living room and is only closed by a fabric wall so rather extra.

We were superbly welcomed. The house is beautiful and comfortable, consistent with the photos presented, geographically well located for visiting all of Guadeloupe. For us it's a favorite for the whole: the welcome , the presence and responsiveness of Fred when we have questions, the superb house with large bedrooms, beautiful kitchen and superb indoor and outdoor lounges. The pool is also great. In one word: we advise you to book because you will be at your best!

A beautiful week spent in this wonderful residence. Everything was perfect and beyond the photos. Just a big wow I recommend this property well furnished and with a breathtaking view. Spacious and well appointed house and exterior. Even at 11 people, we were offshore, in a relaxing setting.

the friendly and smiling reception by - and the constant responsiveness of - camille are to be emphasised. the welcome punch and the first breakfast are great gestures. the location is great for st. anne but also the exploration of grand terre. The complex is well maintained and the pictures correspond to reality. Especially on Sundays and public holidays, the Caravelle beach is very busy, the access to the facility is then a bit chaotic and adventurous because of the narrow and parked street, which is why the in-house parking spaces are worth their weight in gold. We were there at the end of May, a time when the sargassum algae likes to haunt the Caribbean beaches to rot there with an infernal stench. Unfortunately, also the plage de caravelle. But the facility is far enough away not to be bothered by the smell. gregory took us in as a last-minute rebooking from a horror house in le moule on a Sunday, thank you again to him and camille.

Accommodation with a great view, very functional with beaches accessible on foot by a very nice trail. On the other hand, the pool is more of a small pool to cool off in: impossible to swim… In addition, the proposed accommodation is more like a large duplex with 2 large terraces than a villa because an independent accommodation is located below. Not particularly annoying during our rental because under construction (presence of workers) but once inhabited or rented, it could be annoying…

Michel is very friendly, he was able to listen to our needs. We rented this place for our mother's 60th birthday and everything was perfect. Clean, well-equipped, the accommodation is well thought out. We had a great stay, we will definitely come back.

Where do you start?! This beautiful villa perched on top of a mountain gives you a breathtaking view with perfect privacy. You will feel connected with nature very quickly. The home was very clean and well maintained. The year of construction must be new. The infinity pool is a big must. The 3 sliding doors that open to give you a view of the sea and the mountains makes you feel like you're outside at all times. The view from the bedrooms with sliding door is also beautiful including one on the pool and the other on the outdoor dining area. The relaxing area outside gives you beautiful coffee moments in the morning. The villa is very well located, close to everything, in the Saint-François neighborhood and even 15 minutes from Sainte-Anne. The host is very responsive and super friendly. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need. Seriously, I don't have any negative points. Do not wait if it is available BOOKEZ:)
