Welcome to our gorgeous country home nestled in rolling, forested hills. Enjoy an exceptional 180° view of the Dordogne while swimming in our infinity pool (open May to October only) or hot tub (available all year). Our property sits on 4 acres of tranquil countryside at the top of the verdant Dordogne valleys. Sit back, have a glass of wine, and watch the hot air balloons paint across the sky at sunrise or sunset. Use our bicycles to explore the locale or BBQ outside and take in the scenery.

Charming traditional house, shared luxury pool

A charming farmhouse set in 10 hectares of land, in an enviable position with exceptional views, the sound of the village bells drift across the valley. To be enjoyed at any time of year. Search for orchids in Spring; laze by the (shared) infinity pool in Summer; enjoy roast meats and chestnuts in the fireplace in Autumn or cozy up next to the Christmas tree with family in Winter. Saint Robert, one of ‘Les Plus Beaux Villages des France’, is only a few minutes away by car or 20 minutes walk.

Domaine de Malefon

In the heart of Périgord, the Domaine de Malefon is an old farmhouse renovated in the 17th century in 2016, where the authenticity of the building has been preserved with all modern comforts. The fully organic property is located in the middle of 54 hectares, it is composed of woods, meadows, truffle fields, walnut groves and orchards.  If you want to get away from it all while enjoying the must-see tourist attractions, the chartreuse is rented in its entirety for 14 people. 

Spacious rural stone house with private pool

Character stone property with 3 bedrooms situated in a secluded rural hamlet in Pezuls, Black Perigord only 5km from the Dordogne river, in between Sarlat, Perigueux and Bergerac with easy access to all the Dordogne has to offer. It comes with a private heated pool , large terrace, extensive grounds over 2 acres (partly wooded) for guests to use and gated entrance . All bedrooms have en suite facilities, and there are two spacious living rooms and well equipped kitchen.

This peaceful, air-conditioned accommodation offers a relaxing stay. A large living room/kitchen to fully enjoy the place, fully equipped, a furnished terrace, a private garden with access to the heated swimming pool and to share. Upstairs two bedrooms with quality bedding, one of which is modular according to demand with on the same level the bathroom and separate toilet. This lovely gite is above all very calm and comfortable with a boutique feel. Your gite overlooks the valley with beautiful views and has a use of the land, swimming pool, garden with trees, a place for picnics and relaxation for you. Located within walking distance to the scenic village of Tremolat in the Dordogne, and immediate vicinity of the historic center and its amenities, Bars, restaurants, French market, are accessible in less than 5 mins on foot.

Gîte de Malivert is located in the village of Paunat, at the confluences of the Dordogne and Vezere The 147m2 gite is a freshly renovated longhouse with sobriety it consists of a large living room of 57 m2, a fully-equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms (2 with queen size bed, 1 with 2 twin beds), 2 bathrooms In the garden, you can enjoy the private pool and a dining area with barbecue The Malivert cottage is ideally located between Périgueux, Bergerac and Sarlat

As in the 18th century, everything here exudes peace, harmony and beauty. Located in the middle of nature, it is the perfect place to recharge and explore the beautiful Dordogne-Périgord region. We converted this former farmhouse into a luxury home.
