The house is equipped with reversible air conditioning on the ground floor and upstairs, guaranteeing optimal comfort in any season. Located in Lézat-sur-Lèze, between nature and heritage.

The house does not have an exterior but a balcony on the south side, and a terrace to the north (pleasant in summer). It has 2 bedrooms with dressing room and a bathroom with shower.
