Small house of 80 m2 located in the countryside, in a village of 900 inhabitants,served by the A20 motorway and the national 145. Limoges at 30min, Gueret at 25min and Châteauroux at 45min. The house has a kitchen, a living room, a bedroom with one 140 cm bed and a bedroom with two 90 cm beds. PLEASE NOTE THAT SHEETS AND BATH TOWELS ARE NOT PROVIDED. Bed linen and bath towels can be rented (let me know in advance). Covered terrace. Pets not allowed. Non-smoking house.

Charming 4 rooms, building 1530

Enjoy this charming, recently renovated apartment located on the second floor of one of the oldest buildings in the city. The spacious apartment has 3 bedrooms and a large living room decorated with objects brought back from our travels. With its central location you can walk to all amenities (sncf train station, shops, restaurants, bars,...). Guests can park their vehicle in one of the city's free parking lots near the property (less than 100 meters away).

Pierre de Soleil Gîte, 11 people

This elegant accommodation is perfect for a holiday with family or friends. The Pierre de Soleil gîte, part of the Maisons La Perle development, sleeps 11. It is located in the village of Chateauponsac in Haute-Vienne (87290), called La Perle de La Gartempe. This house will win you over with its unusual architecture, spacious rooms, enclosed garden with swing and terrace. The house offers 161 m2 of peace and quiet, the charm of fine stonework and beams.

The Belvédère des Cotilles

Châteauponsac, known as the Pearl of the Gartempe, is a fortified village, built on a rocky outcrop. The house is an old 2-story elevated sheepfold with exceptional views of the Gartempe Valley with its terraced gardens, the so-called "Roman" bridge, the historic district of Moustier and the Saint Thyrse Church. Artists, fishermen, hikers, lovers of history and old stones, we would love to welcome you to our beautiful region of Limousin.

In a restored old farmhouse on 1.7 ha, the 3-star cottage is quietly located on the edge of a small village in the Limousine countryside, the land of forests and water. With easy access (4 min from A20 exit 23), 10 min from all amenities, you are also 25 min from Limoges, 1 hr from Poitiers, 1.5 hr from Angoulême, 2 hr from Clermont-Ferrand, 2 hr 40 min from Bordeaux, 2 hr 50 min from La Rochelle, Royan, 3 hr from Paris.

Charming cottage for 2 people with hot tub

Les gîtes du vieux verger, a 2-person cottage located to the left of the farm, with a porch and a private entrance door. A private terrace with a jacuzzi (closed from 6 October to 21 April) and garden furniture allow you to sunbathe. You can access it by crossing the courtyard. A barbecue is provided, allowing you to eat outdoors and enjoy the beautiful summer evenings. We also provide products for your breakfast.

Country house with SPA (June to September)

Relax in our quiet and elegant accommodation. We offer our charming house for rent. It is located in a very quiet little village, in a former farmyard. A 400 m2 garden is available with fruit trees and a vegetable garden... A large wooden terrace is located at the foot of the house and provides access to the garden. The house has a second terrace at the back. ⚠️The spa is available from June to September⚠️

Suite 1925: Private spa, giant cinema, terrace

Relax in a premium 5-seater hot tub facing a giant screen and enjoy a movie while comfortably immersed in the water. Suite 1925 also offers a Retro Chic bar decorated with vintage objects from the early 20th century and a terrace with panoramic views of nature. In summer, the SPA turns into an INDOOR POOL heated to 33°C, an ideal space to enjoy the water away from the sun and intense heat.

Country House

You will stay in the extension of our country house. You will find everything you need for a quiet stay. Spacious accommodation with a kitchen, bathroom with walk-in shower, sofa bed downstairs ideal for children and an open mezzanine bedroom upstairs. Finally, you will enjoy a magnificent view in the living room with terrace access. We are close to an agricultural operation.

Authentic all-inclusive mill - Moulin de Lavaugarde

This unique accommodation is an authentic family mill located in the heart of the peaceful countryside, by the water and without any neighbors. This cottage offers a haven of tranquility for family or friends reunions, with 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom, sleeping up to 6 people. Upon arrival, the beds will be made and towels will be provided free of charge.

Charming naturist cottage with jacuzzi and sauna

Quiet ground floor studio in a former bakery, with a private terrace overlooking the surrounding fields and woods. Ideal for a naturist couple seeking the peace and quiet of the countryside. Access to the jacuzzi and sauna (available all year round) is free. The host is a member of the French Federation of Naturism (FFN).
