Je vous propose un petit paradis à Magnac Laval, lieu-dit cressac , dans le limousin, un endroit très convivial , vous n allez pas regretter, pour un couple avec 1 enfant ou bien 3 personnes adultes,il y a une chambre et un salon , cuisine équipée, salle de bain, toilette, et une véranda qui donne sur un grand jardin, barbecue, pas très loin de l autoroute À 20 , à 500 m les pouyades, à 3 km les commerces ( Intermarché) boulangerie.(Les animaux domestiques sont acceptés )

Although many of its original features have been retained, La Grange offers its guests all mod-cons – including a super-swish dining kitchen, eco-friendly wood fired hot tub and good superfast wifi. This is a wonderful house in a superb area - perfect for a group of friends or extended family. ​

Small house of 80 m2 located in the countryside, in a village of 900 inhabitants,served by the A20 motorway and the national 145. Limoges at 30min, Gueret at 25min and Châteauroux at 45min. The house has a kitchen, a living room, a bedroom with one 140 cm bed and a bedroom with two 90 cm beds. PLEASE NOTE THAT SHEETS AND BATH TOWELS ARE NOT PROVIDED. Bed linen and bath towels can be rented (let me know in advance). Covered terrace. Pets not allowed. Non-smoking house.

This Gîte is located in a very quiet village in a beautiful green area in the region "Creuse" of the Limousin, France. Ideal for peace and nature seekers and super for the cyclist. Super supermarket and train station 2 minutes walk. Restaurants and large supermarkets and other facilities can be reached within half an hour. This Gîte has a fully equipped kitchen with washing machine. Upstairs 2 spacious bedrooms and a luxurious bathroom.

PARTY AND WEDDINGS ALLOWED 40 minutes from Limoges airport WATER BODY SUITABLE FOR SWIMMING: I would like to draw your attention to the availability of the pool, which is currently being negotiated for the summer of 2026. In the meantime, there is a river nearby that is suitable for swimming and easily accessible.

You will stay in the extension of our country house. You will find everything you need for a peaceful stay. Spacious accommodation with a kitchen, a bathroom with a walk-in shower, a sofa bed downstairs that is ideal for children, and an open-plan mezzanine bedroom upstairs. Finally, you will enjoy a magnificent view in the living room, which also has access to the terrace.
