Chaillac Self contained Studio

The studio is five minutes walk to the centre of Chaillac, with its bars, restaurants and supermarket. Walk the other way and you are at the lake, with its beach and picnic areas. Free parking. The studio has a private entrance, and is up one flight of stairs. We provide a double bed, and a sofa bed, kitchen, dining lounge area and a separate shower room. The kitchen is equipped with fridge, microwave, two ring hob and kettle. The television has French channels, but has hdmi and USB ports.

The house is an old 2-story elevated sheepfold with exceptional views of the Gartempe Valley with its terraced gardens, the so-called "Roman" bridge, the historic district of Moustier and the Saint Thyrse Church. I offer you a little paradise in Magnac Laval, a place called cressac, in the limousin, a very friendly place, you will not regret, for a couple with 1 child or 3 adults,there is a bedroom and a living room , equipped kitchen, bathroom, toilet, and a veranda that overlooks a large garden, barbecue, not very far from the highway 20 , 500 m from the pouyades, 3 km from the shops ( Intermarché) bakery.(Pets are accepted with a supplement)

Free parking and small shops nearby (superb bakery, butcher, florist, etc.) A small market is held in the village every Friday and Sunday from 8am to 1pm.
