We welcome you to an apartment type accommodation located in our villa near the village of St Sorlin en Valloire, quiet 300 m from shops and restaurants on enclosed and wooded land (electric gate). Parking for cars. Pool from May/June to September Summer kitchen and pizza oven next to the pool, barbecue and garden furniture. 1500m² Swing, slide ... Petanque court, balls and Molkky game available. Board games and books on the property.

Quiet area with enclosed private parking. Completely refurbished apartment, 1st floor (attached to our house) 65 m2: 2 bedrooms, beautiful light main room with garden view, pool access in summer.... at least 10am 11:30am 2:30pm 6:30pm!.... Heating included, please respect the 19-degree maximum and turn off the radiators (do not COVER them with linen) if you take advantage of opening the windows for a long time!…

Studio in the heart of the village

This 20m2 studio in the center of the village is perfectly located, it offers easy access to all amenities directly on foot. you can discover Hauterives and its shops , restaurants , bakery (25m away) without forgetting the Palais du Facteur Cheval (150 m from the accommodation). Fully equipped, linens and shower towels are included. We offer coffee and tea as well. There are free parking nearby.

Studio in the countryside

Small 15 m2 studio equipped with a 140 x 190 double bed, walk-in shower, kitchenette with fridge, TV. Toilet outside the studio (next door). Folding table. Ideal for 2 people but crib can be made available. The studio is located in our garden with a lovely unobstructed view of the Vercors. Everything "vital" necessary for your arrival is available.
