Idéalement situé sur la RN 145 Guéret - Montluçon, ce joli studio vous offre tout le confort nécessaire pour un séjour paisible et agréable. Entrée indépendante, studio au premier étage desservant entrée, salle de bain (avec baignoire) et pièce principale comprenant une kitchenette entièrement équipée et un lit double de bonne facture. Compter 5€ supplémentaires si besoin du linge de maison.

Gîte with swimming pool in the green heart of France

Next to our farm is the small gîte on a dead end road. The old barn was transformed by us into an independent studio with all the amenities (including solar panels) for a carefree vacation; open space with kitchen, sitting area, queen size bed and bathroom. In front of the gîte is the covered private terrace with fencing, so that dogs can safely be off their leash. In a separate part of the garden is the swimming pool, which our guests can use. Suitable for 2 people. Pets are welcome.

With your feet in the water on a white sandy beach, our house is located in Terre-de-Haut in the Saintes archipelago (Guadeloupe), nestled in the heart of its wonderful bay and in the typical fishermen's district of Fond de Curé. Close to all amenities, no need to rent a vehicle for your shopping or to go to the beach, everything is on site. The house is 90 m2 in duplex with a 30 m2 terrace overlooking the sea. Comfort, quiet and beauty will fill you with happiness.

Welcome to our charming Creuse house, comfortable, freshly renovated and well equipped (TV with Prime Video, WiFi, dishwasher, barbecue, baby bed, high chair, baby deckchair, games, books and magazines). In the cold season the house will be heated on arrival with the wood stove. All you have to do is keep the fire going. It is located in the countryside, quiet with private parking, close to the village where the bakery is located and 10 min from the RN145.
