I am located in the heart of Belmont, at the end of an enclosed garden. I have a garage on the ground floor, you will love my kitchen-dining room-living room on the ground floor. On the 1st floor you will find my large master suite, the games room and the bathroom and finally the space dedicated to children on the 2nd floor. You will appreciate the proximity to the shops and facilities of the village (grocery store, bakery, restaurants, swimming pool, health course, city stadium...).

After renovation of the Chateau de Candeze dating from 1480,located in one of the most beautiful villages in France,we have rehabilitated the lower part of the castle,to make it a 100 m2 apartment with private access on one of the most beautiful streets of this medieval village. Vacation home, built in 1977. Well maintained. It offers a pretty garden with an unobstructed view of the village of Belmont-sur-Rance below. It faces south-east. The house can comfortably accommodate up to 5 people. I open the rooms according to the number of guests. Bedrooms are located upstairs. Kitchen, toilet, bathroom, living room and living room on the ground floor. There are 2 covered terraces, one with a barbecue and all the necessary garden furniture.

Located in the middle of the mountains, summer nights remain pleasant with mild temperatures, even on the hottest days.
