Holiday rentals with lake access in Saint-Saud-Lacoussière

Very Fine Location to spent quite and sportive days

We had an excellent short stay at Mary's place. It is surrounded by beautiful countryside in a very quiet part of France where the Limousin region meets that of the Dordogne. Highlights were the wonderful bakery in nearby Piegut-Pluviers, and visits to Brantome (a magnificent setting on the river) and St-Jean-de-Cole a beautifully preserved village. Mary was helpful and friendly and there is a long list of restaurants and outings at the property.

Beautiful home, very nice peaceful oasis in the heart of nature. We went to the excellent L'Estaminet restaurant!!

We had a lovely stay at Marc and Denise's, who are great hosts. The setting is superb, the accommodation is charming, it has everything you need. Feel free to book their table d'hôte, you'll love it! It is also very well located, you will find many tourist getaways nearby. We highly recommend their cottage :)

Calm, kindness, attention, wonderful garden… in short, great!

Accommodation perfectly met our expectations. Good bedding. Very peaceful location. Louise was attentive to the quality of our stay. In the event of a quiet period or late hours, I recommend the Pizzas Sébastien vending machine in Chabanais, the best vending machine pizzas I have had the opportunity to eat.

The house is perfectly designed and thoughtful. It is bright, the materials are of quality and chosen with great taste, you will also find a high-end appliance. We were greeted with great warmth by Mariadèle The garden calls for relaxation and relaxation, the birds will keep you company throughout your stay. Each of the 3 bedrooms is tastefully decorated and have a very spacious walk-in shower. The master suite (pink) also has a bath and toilet Step-free and very spacious, the house is ideal for accommodating the elderly. I would of course recommend this rental which is a good value for money compared to the services offered.

Lovely place to stay, and pool very good. Small disadvantage that you can’t sit out in the sun in the evenings as outside space is on the other side of the building to the pool, but Paula a great host and very flexible/responsive to questions etc. Lots to do in the area. Would stay again.

It was simply an amazing experience to be with Karine and her family..They were all so super nice and Karine went out of her way to make us feel welcome. We got a lot of great ideas for where to go and what to experience and if you just want to stay on site, there was a lovely pool and lovely atmosphere. In a peaceful and beautiful setting, a accommodation as described, with the charm of the old. A swimming pool and its pretty environment very pleasant in summer temperatures. Hosts who are welcoming and committed to preserving heritage. A place that invites healing! It is better to spot before arrival the plans for walks and visits because the mobile network and wifi connection are very limited (ideal for disconnecting).

We had a very pleasant stay at Annick's. The setting is superb, the accommodation very comfortable, clean and has everything you need. The little extra: the possibility of having bread and pastries delivered :) Thank you so much for the stay!

Many thanks to Viviane for her welcome, kindness and suggestions. We felt right at home as soon as we arrived. Local products made by Viviane were waiting for us. A real treat! The house is very functional with lots of amenities (washing machine, dishwasher, etc.) and kitchen accessories. The location is very good because it's close to many tourist sites and activities (canoeing, tree climbing, swimming pool, etc.). We recommend Viviane's place without hesitation.

The house is very nice and spacious, the location is also very convenient with a local supermarket within walking distance. Beautiful scenery around. The host was always reachable online to answer our questions. We had a very pleasant stay there and would recommend this place for families.

Can’t rate this place highly enough! It is the most wonderful place; blissful and beautiful views all so calm and perfect setting. The house is immaculate very clean with lovely interiors, comfortable beds and lovely bedding. If you are looking for a fantastic place that you don’t want to leave this could be it; just perfect. Jean-Xavier is lovely and extremely helpful.

A lovely gite in a wonderful rural location but with good road access for exploring the area. A really well equipped kitchen and as we like to cook when on holiday this was especially appreciated. Nice downstairs space in particular with simply the best woodburner we have seen. Very responsive and friendly relaxed hosts. Recommended all round.

We had a wonderful stay! The space was clean, tidy and beautifully decorated. There was plenty of room both inside and outside, making it very comfortable. Located in the countryside, it was peaceful and quiet, perfect for a relaxing getaway. The hosts were incredibly friendly and welcoming. patrick and Colette are very welcoming people they know how to be available while remaining discreet. the pool is beautiful the estate is super large and well kept. the house is very clean and the kitchen has everything you need for even cooking, the bathroom has a bathtub plus shower is a plus. Truly recommended.
