Large stone cottage, independent with 2500 square meters of land with relaxation area, children's games (trampoline, swing, sandbox, archery...) ON SITE: hiking trails, V.T.T path; a few meters away: equestrian center, swimming, fishing. 30 min from the highway (Valencia).

The house is in our garden, with your own entrance. 4 parking spots. The 32 m2 house has been recently renovated and has all the comforts and equipment necessary to make you have a pleasant and quiet stay, all inclusive (sheets, towels, cleaning, hygiene and household products). 12 km from Valence, 6 km from St Péray and 3 km from the village of St Romain de Lerps. A starting point for beautiful hikes around the vineyards, with a beautiful view of the valley.
