Holiday rentals with a patio in Saint-Romain-de-Benet

Super apartment in a very quiet part of Saintes, at only a 10 minutes walk from the historic center. Parking right in front of the house! The apartment is super spacious and practical, and the deco is top. We loved the outside space where we took our breakfast in the morning sun. Very relaxing!! Many thanks to Bea and her husband for their hospitality.

Well located and charming accommodation, in a typical neighbourhood close to the ocean where the must-see corners of Royan can be visited on foot. In the evening, the nights are quiet and the mattress is comfortable. Thanks to Hugo for his responsiveness and kindness. We'll be back!

My husband and I loved the apartment and Pierrick and Eve were very welcoming and helpful. Little personal touches like fresh flowers completed the feeling of being at home. Beautiful surroundings, excellent location and perfect amenities. A gem. Would highly recommend it and would come back.

Ariane's cottage is ideally located in the historic city center but quiet, close to the market, cinema and parking. An old but well-equipped home with wide, clear rooms. A great stay.

Pleasant stay in this clean, bright, peaceful and tastefully decorated accommodation! Located at the foot of the bike paths, everything is easily accessible by bike. The patio with a very well furnished and flowery terrace without any neighbours is a real plus! I would highly recommend it!

The accommodation is very nice, well arranged and tastefully decorated. Everything you need is available, with real attention to detail. The terrace, with its table and sun loungers, is also a real plus! The only small downside: the tenants downstairs are quite noisy.

We were two families with 5 children in total and had a great stay at Stéphane's! The place is ideal, very well located, close to the beach. The children had a great time and so did the adults! A big thank you for the welcome and this beautiful moment of relaxation. We recommend it without hesitating!!!

A lovely place with plenty of room and a big pool.

Mylène and Laurent were lovely from the time of our booking, very flexible and available. The accommodation perfectly matched our expectations and we were even pleasantly surprised by all the equipment there was in the accommodation.
