Just 25 minutes from Lake Der, enjoy a stay in the countryside, surrounded by nature and outdoor activities. Located on the Champagne Tourist Route, our fully equipped holiday home allows you to explore the vineyards and enjoy champagne tastings. This comfortable accommodation with an outdoor area provides a pleasant stay: fully equipped kitchen, and a friendly and peaceful space.

It is not known which year the house was built but its antique oak beams throughout the building date from at least early 1600's. Tall ceilings offer a spacious and airy yet very cosy space across three floors. The courtyard has a lunch/dining area as well as a lounge area under roof by the open fire place - you have private access to this tranquil and magical space. Maison Marcks is a comfortable and exclusive home to stay in while exploring Champagne and its many legendary vineyards.

Large living room (desk, armchairs, sofa, vintage Hi-Fi system), TV, equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, dishes), 2 beautiful bedrooms (1 double bed 160 × 200 and 2 single beds with a baby crib), 1 bathroom, 1 separate toilet, 1 private parking space, enough to spend pleasant moments. A pellet stove will warm you up. Garden furniture in a country setting is at your disposal.
