Old stone farm restored by an architect, the main gite has central heating and features a wide living and dining room with a wood stove, an integrated kitchen equipped with two small fridges, a gas hob and oven, a microwave oven, a dishwasher, a washing machine, and all required tableware for 12+ people. There is also a bathroom and a separated toilet. On the first floor, you'll find a landing room with 2 single beds, a bathroom with toilet and the main bedroom with a queen bed (160x200) (extra bed possible). On the second floor, a large dormitory with 2 areas, featuring 2 double beds (140x190) and 4 modular single beds (twin or single). We focus on an organic approach, with home-made cleaning products, local fresh products, bread, brioches, and pizzas cooked in a wood-fired oven. Animals accepted upon request with an extra cleaning charge. Complimentary baby equipment available. Compulsory cleaning on departure (+60€) Rental of Bed and bathroom linen upon request. The name, “Le Viron”, means a short stroll. This attractive family house, in the heart of the Côte Roannaise wine-growing region (part of the Route des Vins), is perfectly located for exploring the wider area, or simply for relaxing in authentic surroundings. The outside grounds can be enjoyed as soon as Spring makes its presence felt. Guests can also make full use of the barn*, now converted into a games room with table football, darts and more - perfect for the long summer evenings.

Need to go green? Come and recharge your batteries away from noise, lights and pollution in this 1812 retreat where greenery, old stones, old wood await you, but with all modern comforts. Wifi permanently cut off (except in emergencies) for less frequent disturbances, no TV but video projectors for movie buffs. Large kitchen, living room and shared bathroom. Rentable by the room (3 bedrooms and 3 different prices) or as a self-catering cottage (I live in another building).
